After 2 nights in San Sebastian of trying (and enjoying) the local pinchos bars we decided that we wanted to sit down and sample the local seafood. Marinela doesn't stand out from the half dozen of restaurants that line the old port of San Sebastian. However what did stand out for us was the dishes on the menu, and we are glad we selected to dine at Marinela. The seafood was excellent! From the local clams (highly recommended - but small serve) to grilled local fish, this was a delightful experience. In addition the staff were very friendly, engaging and helpful.
