Nothing was too much trouble, great welcome, great value, great hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and although a little dated in decor, extremely well kept and clean. Very large twin beds with additional pillows and blankets if required. Huge balcony. More of a traditional hotel which is a breath of fresh air after the ultra modern city hotels, especially when you are at the seaside.More

We stayed here cause the starting point for the Camino is right beside this hotel. Even thought the hotel is right beside the Camino the hotel staff had no clue what we where saying when we asked about the Camino. The breakfast at this hotel is good but it very limited. The rooms are nice and clean and we had a nice balcony. One note that the hotel staff should know about the Camino and have info on it.
This hotel is located a few kilometers way from the old part of San Sebastian where the action is, about 6-9 Euro by taxi. However, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and is an a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery across the street and a few bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Considering the price we paid, it was lacking finishing touches like tea and coffee making facilities and even a couple of bottles of water on arrival. For £150 you'd expect all this plus breakfast thown in too.
Not worth the money but all in all located in good spot near the beach and around a 40 min walk to the old town where all the bars and restaurants are located.

We went over budget for this hotel and were not disappointed! This hotel is very clean and modern with very spacious rooms for Europe. It is a short walk from a beach and only a 40 minute walk from the old town (or ten minute cab). We are a young couple and found this to be a very nice stay and would highly recommend.

Good size clean rooms close to the bay, short walking distance. Service is friendly. Rooms have fridge but no coffee making facility. Recommended for short visit stay if you do not aspire for more than basic comfortm
