Our experience started with the staff taking us on a tour of the kitchen where we also met Paulo Airaudo. The staff were really welcoming and genuinely focused on making sure we were looked after. There is no menu - we informed the restaurant in advance of what we did and did not eat and they took it from there. Our only choice was the number of wine pairings to have. The food and wine pairings were very well thought through, creative and innovative. We left feeling really lucky to have had the experience. If you are serious about your food then you'll not want to miss Amelia.

This restaurant its special since the first moment you go down to the kitchen, you are explained about in the way they work and after return to the table...
The food is perfectly executed and different from what you can get in town, is a touch of fresh air...

I recommend don't miss it, before becomes crazy busy and get his second star..

You may have difficulty finding Amelia, because the door blends into the buildings. But once you enter the restaurant you are in for a special treat. This is a Michelin star restaurant, and we were not disappointed. Normally, I would write out what we ate, but this was a twelve course menu, with paired wines, and thus see the accompanying picture of the Menu on January 19th 2019. Initially, we were taken to the kitchen to meet the staff, and then sat at a lovely table. Look and hold the Danish Zelto glasses, which were nice. The food was presented beautiful, with the size of the portions appropriate for such a lengthy meal. We especially enjoyed the pigs blood and anchovy paired with the Ijalba tempranillo blanco. The parsley risotto with sufficient black truffle was excellent. Enjoy the experience, and, note, the restaurant is costly, with our meal being about 550 Euros.

Kitchen tour at begging was great. Dinner lacked the wow factor and in places disappointed. Bread with bone marrow was good however the dessert lacked balance and had an extremely bitter element which led me to skip the remainder.

This is a small, Michelin 1-star restaurant in a city famous for its Michelin-starred restaurants. Our evening. began with a visit to the kitchen (under the restaurant) to see the space and meet the 12 individuals who cook here, from a variety of countries. The kitchen focuses on the use of open fire cooking methods, and aging to meats (e.g., chicken, duck, etc.). The niobe-course tasting menu (the only option) begins with an additional 3 amuses. All of the food was very tasty, and the chef eschews modernist cuisine techniques (which are often popular in other restaurants in this city). I was a bit disappointed to learn that ion elf the courses was bread (served with bone marrow, olive oil and butter as condiments), but otherwise the menu was delicious. The wine list is quite small- we were able to find a very good Champagne, and an excellent, older Spanish red (La Rioja Alta, 1981), but none of the white wine options were appealing. Services was good.
