Our experience started with the staff taking us on a tour of the kitchen where we also met Paulo Airaudo. The staff were really welcoming and genuinely focused on making sure we were looked after. There is no menu - we informed the restaurant in advance of what we did and did not eat and they took it from there. Our only choice was the number of wine pairings to have. The food and wine pairings were very well thought through, creative and innovative. We left feeling really lucky to have had the experience. If you are serious about your food then you'll not want to miss Amelia.
