Such helpful staff in reception, couldn't fault them. Great recommendations of places to eat either pint is or great restaurants.
Apartment very nice and everything you could do for a stay, nice and roomy.
Thank you for a perfect stay from start to finish for our special 40th Wedding Anniversary. By the way we went to GURE KABI in Bilbao was fabulous see review.

I stayed with 3 mates during a wet weekend in early June 2017. Brilliant location, there is a cafe next door for breakfast, the metro is just up the main street and it is located on the edge of Casco Viejo, so good access to lively nightlife, pintxos bars and restaurants.
In our apartment on the 4th floor. there was a twin room, a single room and a sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, which we never used. The only criticism was a shower door which didn't shut properly leading to puddles on the bathroom floor.
It was pretty quiet when we stayed in early June but take note: it is not a serviced apartment and you take out your own trash at the end of your stay(at least we did!)

These apartments are very well equipped but there is no air conditioning. In the summer months it will be impossible to sleep with the windows open as the trams, buses go by from early on until late and recyclers empty the bottle bins in the early hours.A fan was provided on request. Instructions on using the electrical equipment would be useful as would a handbook giving emergency numbers, doctor, hospitals, etc isn't available and the reception isn't 9-9 as stated on the web or advised on arrival. There was no where to leave our cases the day we left, again due to no-one on reception but we did manage to leave our cases at the bus station where we caught the bus to the airport later in the day. The WiFi was very slow and very little in the way of English speaking TV.

We recently spent 6 days at the Arriaga Apartments which are situated opposite the Theatre in the old town. It was a great location to be, with restaurants and bars and the tram stop was just outside too. You can walk along the river to the Guggenheim and stop halfway to take the funicular for some great views of the city. The apartments are very spacious and clean and the reception staff very helpful. We were on the 5th floor at the rear of the building with great views and it was very peaceful even though we were very central. My teenage daughter was very happy with the wi-fi connection too. Would highly recommend these apartments and would stay there again if we return to Bilbao. We can recommend the Escape room Roomhunter which is just nearby.

The apartment was gorgeous, modern, light and overlooked Plaza Arenal - an ideal location for visiting all of Bilbao and especially the pinxtos bars in el casco viejo. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately some of the electrical appliances such as kettle, hairdryer, toaster were missing from the apartment but as soon as we mentioned these, brand new replacements were brought up.

Room tip: Ask for a room overlooking the square.
