The Church of San Vicente Martir is located at Calle Ibáñez de Bilbao, 18. This is beside the Albia Gardens. The style of the church is Renaissance and Baroque. This church was started in 1549 by Juan de Arratia and was finished in the middle of the 17th century. The church has been recently restored. The church has three naves with the central nave wider than the lateral naves. There are eight tall Tuscan columns with Doric capitals. Above the columns are arches of the vaults, the work of Martin Ibañez de Zalbidea. The main façade was constructed in 1556 by Juan de la Peña. The belfry has three bells. The lower part has a large pointed arch that contains a niche with a statue of San Vicente.The main altarpiece was designed by the architect Juan Blas de Hormaeche, and the style is a mixture of Baroque and Neoclassic of the 18th century. The sculptor Bernabe de Garamendi completed it in 1864. It has a Baroque image of the Virgin Mary and another of San Vicente by Garamendi. Other altars have images sculpted by Higinio Basterra.
