the B&B is in Bilbao casco viejo, very close to tapas bar and restaurants, and 15minutes walking from Guggenheim museum. the rooms are very nice and clean. The B&B is realized in an old traditional building and the original structure in wood is still visible inside and it's very fascinating. The staff is very kind and helpful if you need any suggestion.

Very good location for exploring Bilbao. The staff was friendly, and the rooms are clean.
You couldn't ask for more with these prices. I highly recommend this place if you're staying for about 2-3 nights.
The street can get noisy at night because of all the pubs. Do go and eat pinxtos in the local bars down the street! They are amazing!

Don't take breakfast here! It's not good and overpriced; you get pastries like a mini-croissant out of plastic packages.

Room Tip: In summer, ask for a room in the back because it can get noisy on the streets. And DON'T get bre...

I can only recommend this small and homey little inn. I a city full of buzz and commotion this is a kind of refuge. We occupied two rooms (a double and a single), the prices were more than fair, the rooms small and clean, the people tending to the guests were friendly and provide you with a warm feeling of welcome. If you feel like it you can have a small and modest breakfast or eat out in one of the bars just outside the place. The location is right in the center of things at the Old City side of Bilbao. It is even walking distance from the Guggenheim and the center of the new town. Metro and tram stops are close by and it is easily reachable from the train/bus stations.
All together, a very good experience and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Bilbao travelling on a a moderate budget.

Room Tip: We had rooms at the back of the busy street so there was no noise bothering us.

Stayed two nights here last week. Is is located on a very busy street pub wise that said our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. A little quirky inside which I found novel. The reception had a feel of someone's living room about it. Little English spoken. The shower didn't clear and there was not plug in the sink. Reported these and the shower was fixed within the hour. Complete with new shower head. Bedroom simple but clean. The breakfast (extra - 3 euro) was a very simple pot of coffee and some bread. I would have been happy to have paid more for orange juice and a bit of ham / cheese. Happy enough.

Room Tip: Don't select room over looking main street as they can be noisy from night life

This hotel comes highly recommended in the lonely planet and rightly so. It's in the old town near great cafes and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms clean and tidy with character. The walls are thin for those that sleep.lightly but we had a great time.

Hotel is well located in the old town of Bilbao, but is rather dark and gloomy even in mid-summer. The room was comfortable. Given the cheap price the service was ok.

This place is perfectly sited - in the Casco Viejo, close to all the best bars and restaurants (and 15-min walk from the Guggenheim), yet well insulated from the night-time madness in the street outside. If you arrive by car as we did, you can stash it in the underground car park on the Calle Viuda de Eplaza, a 10-minute level walk away - 20-odd Euros for 3 days, which seemed reasonable. The hotel itself was a lot of fun, as other reviewers have described - full of strange antiques, old furniture and bits and pieces, very stylish. Room, bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, with varying degrees of English. Breakfast was basic, but I don't see any point in moaning about it - you don't have to pay for it if you don't like it, and there are plenty of alternatives outside. There's free wi-fi, but it's pretty patchy and it would be unwise to depend on it. There's excellent free public wi-fi on Plaza Nueva 5 mins away - and you can fill your boots on tapas at the same time.
