We visited this for a change from Spanish food one evening and were not disappointed. There are a number of outlets dotted across Zaragoza but the branch we used was in Calle de Alfonso and was one of the larger ones. The restaurant is very clean and all the food looked and tasted good. Generally in the UK I don't use buffet-type restaurants as I don't enjoy endless selections of ill-prepared and fatty foods. No such problem here.
They offer noodle and rice dishes - choose your meat/fish/vegetables and take them to the cook to prepare them in a sauce of your choice (the curry and kung-po were both good). Fish selections included small lobster portions, mussels, clams, prawns, crab, langoustines and others. A large selection of cooked and raw vegetables were available, as were non-Japanese selections such as cooked meats, cheese and salad items. The sushi selection was relatively small but perfectly adequate and delicious and came with soy, pickled ginger and wasabi.
For dessert (if you've got any room left!) there was home made creme caramel, apple lattice tart, chocolate & caramel brownies, fresh fruit, ice cream and event a choice of lollies and fizzy sweets.
Service was basic but I really don't think you could expect anything more for a place that offers a very good selection of all-you-can-eat choices for €14.50 per person.
