This is a must! very difficult to get in on spec one needs to book well in advance, telephone number 976 214 082 book at least a week before! Fantistic atmosphere with food and drink to match and within walking distance from our city centre hotel. Miss this at you peril

Beyond of any expectations! The roast beef as well as antrecot were amazing! Very welcomed staff, really cool owner... Recommended without any doubts! Make sure that you have a reservation before. Friday evening is a hot time. We have had to walk for another an hour while we could be able to have a seat at the resto.

Turned up without reservation a late afternoon Wednesday after a business meeting and decided to indulge on fish. Excellent service although I did not test the staff's English.
Ordered pulpo ala gallega which is one of my favourites and it was cooked to perfection and felt very fresh and well chosen. The drought cerveza was crisp and smooth with a hint of freshness.
Merluza (hake) for main dish was an excellent choice and followed on from the pulpo very nicely. Served with asparagus and courgette slices in a superb sauce.
Thoroughly deserved excellent rating on Trip Advisor.

Looked on trip advisor and turned up without a booking. Very lucky has one table only for 2 at 8.45 every other table booked. Service excellent and followed his suggestion for both food & wine.
Had tuna & peppers to start, flowed by mussels in sherry and sea bass which both were amazing. Final bill 60 euros

Visited this restaurant on the strength of the TA rating and reviews and it didn't disappoint.

I can confirm that yes, the staff are English friendly and offer service similar to the standards offered back in the UK. The food is excellent, so good that I'm finding it hard to find fault in anything I had. They have an absolutely unique selection of wines ranging from local Aragonese varieties, the expected large range of Rioja and other Spanish areas such as Rías Baixas all very reasonably priced.

Make a reservation! I visited at 3pm, during siesta time but it was still very busy. The inner restaurant was completely full but thankfully a table was available outside though as any visitor to Zaragoza would know, it is very warm without aircon! Thankfully, due to the restaurants attention to detail and desire to please my Cruzcampo Gran Reserva beer, served in a 750ml bottle, came served in it own ice sleeve keeping it fridge cold. It's the little things like that that ensure Palomeque stand out from the competition. Already planned my next visit!
