Stayed here one night while driving from east to west coast of Spain.

GOOD

- Driving directions provided by hotel were great, GPS wouldn't have found its way with all the new one way streets.
- They provided a special parking for the XL vehicle, thanks for that.
- Breakfast ok for what you're paying, gluten free options available.
- Good hard matresses
- Great central location
- Baby bed provided
- Staff friendly, especially kitchen staff during breakfast.

BAD

- Noise is a major issue coming from within the hotel and from outside. The fact that they're centrally located with loud bars outside is not their fault, but the fact they claim "soundproofed rooms" is.

If you can hear someone spraying deodorant in the room next door, you can imagine the detail that can be heard during the proverbial deflowering of the bride (I wish I was joking).

Drain pipes run through the rooms and when someone upstairs flushes a toilet, you hear a waterfall passing through your room. The noisy nightlife outside (on a weekend) is just too much and even whatever double windows are installed do not block the noise in any way.

Room Tip: Good enough with earplugs

We stopped by while going from North to South of Spain. It's exactly in the center, which can be an issue for people like use traveling with a small camper, but it's very handy if you want to have a look at the main monuments and places of Zaragoza. We got a four bed room, essentially a box packed with beds, but good for the price and our expectations. Clean and well kept

I suppose this hotel got off to a bad start as we couldn’t find it! You have to drive down tram only street, through pedestrian areas and all over the place, we were on a motorbike and saw other motor bikers doing the same. When we did find it, it was clean. The room was small, the air conditioning didn’t work, the walls were paper thin so were the ceilings!! we heard EVERYTHING all night!! The location was excellent right in the centre, the breakfast was ok and for the price what do you expect, this hotel was ok for a one night stop over but was happy to move on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Location location location! This hotel is a stone's throw away from everything and you can walk to all of the interesting spots in Zaragoza from here. Also, it's of five star quality that the hotel has a parking just below. It's tiny and rather hard to park in, but still - great. Also, the service from the reception staff is impeccable. You need a refrigerator: no problem! You need gluten free breakfast (I'm coeliac) - no problem, and here you have tons of alternatives!

⭐⭐⭐⭐
The beds and sleeping quality.

⭐⭐⭐
Shower is ok, could need a bit of maintenance though.

⭐⭐
Finding the hotel was really hard seeing that google haven't updated how to reach the hotel. And there are basically only one way streets to this hotel. The hotel did send us a written explanation of how to get to the hotel, but it's not easy to follow when it's your first time in Zaragoza and you know no street names etc.

Nothing in this hotel is of one star quality!

The staff are very welcoming, and for those seeking an easy 2 star room the the hotel is passable. For those looking for a wheelchair accessible room please note that an immovable glass screen has been fitted to the wet room meaning that its is impossible to transfer to the toilet. The grab rails are also different heights making manoeuvring difficult. There isna separate diabled toilet in the hotel, but this is locked and used as a closet for the staff. On to the noise.....if you are in a ground floor room you will hear the cleaners vaccuming reception before sunrise the staff juggling plates in the breakfast room and the constant banging of the door to the parking garage.
Excellent staff, but the refit of the hotel has focused on paint and prettying reception and not creating a quiet place to sleep, or an accessible bathroom for the disabled.
