We have come to choose Ibis first when looking for city centre hotels to break up a long holiday journey. In any city never visited before, with multiple choices of accommodation, it helps to know what to expect. The standard and value for money are very good and Zaragosa is no exception. The new beds are excellent.
We travel by car so need secure overnight parking. The extra expense is reasonable and worth it for peace of mind.
I had a small problem on arrival as I could find nowhere nearby to legally leave my car to check in, even for a sort time. This was solved by the receptionist when I phoned to ask where I could park to check in. She gave me directions, in English, to the underground garage and was ready to open the gate when I pressed the call button and identified myself. We found the staff polite and helpful.
