“Okay, but service disappointed”

Overall this is a very nice, businesslike hotel. Comfy, well appointed, convenient and a nice pool. But if I tell someone about a shower that floods the whole bathroom because of a blocked plug, and air con that doesn't work, I expect them to be fixed for during a two night stay.
Needless to say neither was - took the gloss off what could've been a five star review.

Such an amazing hotel.

The room has an open bathroom like so many hotels, but unlike so many others has subtle doors to give the bathroom user the option of privacy. In room facilities were great.

It was so wonderful to come back to the pool at the end of very hot days.

The best factor has to be the breakfast: a whole gluten free section - how wonderful! Along with gluten free bread available on room service menu (as well as gf beer) and in the hotel cafe!

This recently built 5 star hotel, conveniently located side by side with a large shopping center, is a great choice in Zaragoza.

Its large and confortable bedrooms are beautifully decorated, has a large LCD TV and a beautiful open space like luxury bathroom.

Social areas  are also very good and the SPA, open from 9 AM to 9 PM, located on top of the building, at the 11th floor, with an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, vichy showers, sauna and turkish bath, has a beautiful sight over the city.

Breakfast, served on the first floor, is also very good.

Indoor car parking is free but the fast WI-FI internet access, all over the hotel, is available at an extra charge (I paid 7 euros for a 24 hours acess)

It takes about ten minutes to go to the old town city center by taxi.

If returning to Zaragoza I will certainly be back to Hotel Reina Petronila.

The hotel itself was excellent, large, well appointed rooms, good service. Location is far away from the city centre, but we travelled by car so it was ok. It is a typical business hotel but has everything in it.

Celebrated my mother’s 50th birthday in this hotel with an event of 300 people. The event room was amazing, F&B astonishing, staff was great under the supervision of Angel Zarzuela ( probably one of the greatest F&B professionals I have ever meet) we had a Mojito bar all night long (worth the extra bucks)
We had some people staying overnight. BKFST was great. Rooms are modern with great amenities, the bathroom is probably one of the best I have ever seen. Pod enclosed in suite with shower & Bathtub. Beds are excellent.
The hotel you wouldn’t expect in such a location, but has a mall and & virgin active gym next to it, plus a 16 room movie theater.
One of their conference spaces is a cinema room for 500 people “State of the art”.
On the rooftop a Spa that is just the right size, with a gym.
Transit to the city centre is 5 minutes by car or 15 by public bus.

Nice work Zaragoza Urbana!!
