I went to Los Victorinos at night, with a friend that lives in Zaragoza. This is not a restaurant, it's a typical tapas bar. And the tapas they made are amazing mixtures of flavors. The owner is very kind, explains everything and gives a lot of good suggestions. The wine we had was served on glass, and I only regret having a night train to catch…
Definitely, a must go to visit and eat in Zaragoza.

Superb food, but really unfriendly owner. You have to stand up to eat.

The previous poster was right on the money. Went with a group of associates tonight and the food was very good with a large variety of real Spanish-food tapas. The crowd was mostly local and at times, the place was packed with people (it is small). Tapas are made from such items as Spanish cured hams, cuttlefish, bacalao (cod), a variety of good mushrooms & truffles, fois gras, local cheeses etc. There is no "kitchen" per se as the staff makes the food right behind the bar as you watch. Nothing to hide here...

The decor is historical Spanish with 4 stuffed bull heads (from bullfights) gracing the walls and many old matador photos and posters from Spanish fairs from over 100 years ago. I will definitely be back.

Los Victorinos is a little tapas restaurant tucked away in Zaragoza. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. When I say little, I mean little, there are no tables, just a long tapas bar filled with food (typical in Spain). They had a small wine selection, but it was well thought out. They do not take any plastic so bring your euros. We had been told that they take credit cards but when we went to pay out they told us no. I asked where I could find an ATM and left to retreive come cash. The manager felt bad that I had to leave and walk in the rain to get money that she gave both my husband and I another glass of wine and did not charge us for them. We loved this place! Good size portions for the money.
