Friendly staff. Excellent food with a fantastic variety. Daily specials add extra verve to an already wide menu. The cigar is fascinating. The duck superb. Excellent choice of wines and everything reasonably priced. Get there early unless you are happy to queue and while away your time drinking and soaking in the friendly Saville atmosphere. I highly rate this restaurant. A very pleasant experience.

The trip advisor crowd seems to arrive early to this slightly out of the way place. From the cathedral, it is a rather long walk that takes you deeper into the less discovered and more local area of Sevilla, but very much worth seeing. When you finally get there it is just past some beautiful old churches and a little green square.

It is well worth the hike as the food and service are excellent. The presentation was that of a Michelin star restaurant and the creativity and ingenuity were noteworthy. They have well deseved the prizes that they won for their tapas and the praise they receive is fully justified!
Be adventurous when selecting your tapas!

They have a special menu for coeliacs and while it is greatly reduced versus the normal menu it is likely still worth a visit. The place is also great value in addition to great quality. Our waitress was welcoming even with us having two small kids at a table in the back.

We decided to go after the reviews I read and it was worth it. Great tapas menu! We sampled a few and were very satisfied with all we ate. We had drinks and ate at the bar. The service was great and the bartender was very attentive. The place is not big and the entire time we were there it was packed.

We made reservations for the restaurant and the food wasn't what we had expected after the reviews we read about the restaurant. I think we should have eaten at the tapas part of Eslava....
Anyway, he had the baby lamb chops and I had the catch of the day which was snapper with tomato sauce.
There was 3 teaspoons of tomato sauce and some olive pesto for 3, quite dry and overcooked, pieces of boiled snapper with 2 pieces of cooked potatoes.
The lamb chops was good, but nothing to rave about.
The chocolate cake with leche was good, but have had better.
Just very disappointed with the food. We've had way better food at Brunilda for a fraction of the price we paid at Eslava.

We found this by recommendations and everything said was true.....amazing food, good prices and long line. We arrived at 8pm, waited about 30-40 min. for a table, but they served us a beverage while we waited. It was the best, and fanciest, tapas we had - but very worth it. One dish, the razor clams, was so good we even ordered a second serving. Asked our server to tell us about one item (that we were just curious about - not planning to order ) and she showed up a few moments later with a sample to try it. To be truly decadent, go for the dessert assortment --- 5 amazing items to share.
