“Very authentic”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 16, 2013 via mobile

Great wee spot for sitting at the bar and having a drink. It was round the corner from our hotel so we usually started or ended our night here. Wonderful original decor, old school barstaff and fantastic hams - pricier than most but worth it

“Wine dominates food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2013

As a wine bar, this cosy establishment dominated by the smoked legs of slaughtered pigs strung in a long line over the serving area is outstanding. The range, quality, maturity and price of the wines are all first class, covering every region of Spain by the glass. But a Tapas bar surely has to be judged by its food, and here matters were not so hot. Pork dominates the menu, and the choice of other dishes is below that of many other menus we examined. We did manage to find 4 satisfactory items: a well-made shrimp pancake, slices of roasted tuna, skewered glassy shrimp, and what was billed as Kobe beef, but was 10,000 miles from that famous city and its prestigious delicacy. Not a word of English is spoken; service is not especially efficient; and the dimensions of the room permit little in the way of comfort. Still, one could do a lot worse.

“Good find”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 13, 2013 via mobile

Found this by accident. Just up from the cathedral in the small streets. Good for a relaxing beer or two away from the crowds .tapas was good an simple as it should be .
Nothing fancy just a good honest bar.

“Great little place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2013

We went twice to Las Teresas during our stay in Seville. Finding a table (right on the street) was not easy. Come early. The tapas are delicious and plentiful. Try the shrimps "a la plancha", the pureed spinach with chick peas, and the chorizo/ham combo. Wash it down with a glass of Ribera del Duoro. Service friendly and efficient. Very affordable. Highly recommended.

“Great traditional old school tapas”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 23, 2013

Seville has many places that are really innovating and pushing the envelope with serving tapas and in trendy locations. This is not Las Teresas. Its very traditional with all the waiters still wearing ties and looking like they have all worked there for the last 10-20 years.

Very authentic atmosphere, we had a few beers and tried the kobe beef and assorted jamon and chorizos. A must for anyone visiting Seville.
