As others have said, it's not the easiest place to find once your taxi has deposited you at the nearest road (as small square on the edge of the old town). We found the restaurant entrance first and were shown through the connecting door into the hotel (the hotel's main entrance is a small door in a narrow alleyway round the other side). Our double room was of an average size and had attractive Andalusian furnishings - we particularly liked the colourful bed coverings and cushions.

Individually controlled a/c was a welcome feature as it was still quite warm for northern Europeans like us in February. Outside each room is a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard, which was a nice place to sit in the late afternoon. Breakfast was extremely high standard with fresh orange juice, selection of bread, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, coffee and cooked-to-order bacon and eggs! We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant in the evening though it looked like a good value for money menu, with attractive surroundings. There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurant within easy walking distance. In fact, the centre of the city (alcazar etc) is only 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even phoning the local railway information office to check on train times for us. The staff in the reception all speak fluent English and are very professional and dedicated. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is centrally located in the Santa Cruz district, easy to walk to just about everything we wanted to see. Staff friendly. Hotel and room beautiful. Restaurant located in the lower section. The food was pretty good.

Room was excellent, retaurant okay, free internet in computer room, also could receive in our room with our own computer. Note for Feria visitors next year: we alloted 4 days for Feria, but one day was sufficient. We expanded our touring of other tourist locations. Seville is a wonderful place to visit, and this was a wonderful hotel.

Stayed 3 nights in a superior double room, above the restaurant. Room is a bit dark, but really quiet, except at lunch 2-4 pm when Spaniards have lunch at the restaurant downstairs, but hey, nobody is in the room at that time. We only came in to change shoes !
Room & bathroom were spotless and amenities and bottled water were refreshed every day, which we thought it was a nice gesture. No place in the bathroom for your toilettries, but that was the only minus point.
Internet is also free-of-charge.
The service in the hotel is incredible, Carlos especially, has been a gem in pointing us in the right direction every time, always with a smile, never too tired or busy to lend a helping hand. Hotel was expensive as it was during the April Fair, but every penny worth it.

Hotel was quite difficult to find. Got lost is old Seville with the one way tiny narrow streets. Had to call hotel and they had someone meet us on a segway who we followed to an underground parking lot and then to the hotel. It was worth the aggravation. Hotel was very charming with lots of atmosphere. Each room is decorated differently. Our room was on the 3rd floor, opening up to a central railing looking down on the restaurant courtyard. Had no issues with noise from the street. Bed was a double, but very comfortable, tv had no english stations (FYI), but nightlife is also hopping and lots to see and do in Sevilla. Steps away from the Cathedral!
