The downstairs seating area looks like a low-priced café. Upstairs is a more ornate dining room. A window table for views of the street life is recommended. The waiter helpfully advised on the wine. We had an excellent meal and it is good value. There was just the slight feeling that the waiter preferred clients to speak Spanish, but really, I can't fault the place.
