The location is excellent near Pl. Armas. A lot of shops, restaurants and even a shopping center nearby. The room was clean and cozy. Towels are changed daily with all toiletries except toothbrush provided and replenished everyday.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bicycles were rented free-of-charge from 9AM-9PM which came in handy in getting around the city. However, it was a hard job carrying it down a narrow staircase from the hotel's 1F to ground level. Elevator was not an option since it was obviously too small to accommodate a bicycle.

Breakfast was excellent for only a price of 5 Euros each although no vegetable at all except sliced tomato. There was a water server inside the cafeterior and I saw the hotel's guest filled her bottles with drinking water before going out. I didn't know if the guests who didn't have breakfast at the hotel were allowed to do so or not.

I stayed in the hotel's smallest room and its size was just right for backpackers like us. The size of our room was quite similar to the so-called "business hotel" in Japan so you might find it too tiny if you were travelling with big luggage.

There were a fridge and a computer provided in room although we didn't know how to use its Spanish version and then used our own iPad instead with the hotel's free WIFI.

The room rate is very resonable considering what the hotel offers. This is no doubt one of our favorite hotels in Spain.

Stayed in this hotel summer (July 2012) and wanted to review what a nice hotel it was.

The rooms were modern and were clean. I stayed in a twin room with a friend and we were pleased with the interior. There was a computer in the room and enough space to get around but for the prices it was very good value.

The staff were very helpful and friendly giving us directions and a map as well as recommending the green seville tour bus and we were able to buy the tickets at the hotel and they lasted 48hrs.

Seville is not very big so you are very close to corte ingles and cafes for anything you need. I did not pay for breakfast so i cannot comment on this. There was air conditioning and hot water for both of us.

The towels and beds were made daily and I can recommend this place for a safe convenient stay in this beautiful city.

We got the 'EA' bus from the airport and then got the tram however the hotel is close to the main streets.

Thank you

We stayed in this hotel 1 night on our journey throught Andalusia and were pretty satisfied with it. We were impressed by its historical builging and very good location, just few minutes walking distance from many must-see points in Sevilla. The room was small, but if you dont count to spend much time in it, it is not a problem. Bathroom is very nice, with excellent shower. Our room was on the 1st floor. No problem with smells or sewage. The staff was friendly. We also liked the breakfast (except bread and croissants). We would stay again, however rather a short stay because of the size of the room.

Room Tip: First floor, small, no other problem

We stayed for three days there. We had two trolleys and couldn’t move anymore in the room; the rooms are just too small. Breakfast is OK. Staffs are friendly. Every monument is at walking distance.
Free Wi-Fi in the hotel and a (old) laptop in every room.
A tip: parking in the public parking is very expensive, 21 euro a day, but with a stamp of the hotel on your parking card you get 20% of reduction.

Room Tip: Take a suit; the rooms are just to small!

We somehow booked a petit room, which is really really small (and I mean REALLY small). This does not have to be a problem, however the bed was rock hard and it smelled like the sewer system in the room, it was very moist and the window looked out on an inside courtyard, so no fresh air from that. Also the cleanliness was really bad. After noticing the hotel staff, the next day we got a normal sized room (still small, but clean and fresh). We booked 3 nights in the hotel, the normal room was only available for the 2nd night, so we checked out early. Nice features are the laptop in the room, free internet and the location (close to all the sights). Staff was very friendly and helpfull. However we initially would have to pay 110 euro for the 3rd night in the prisoncell room, which is far to much for that smelly room (even for the normal one it seems a bit overpriced). Breakfast is ok, but very crowded. Feels similar to the Formula 1 hotels in France...

Room Tip: Don't accept room 316 (smelly, noicy and moist), room 304 was quite nice.

Dear Guest:

Thank you very much for your comments, which help us to improve our services and facilities.

Our Petit rooms are smaller as you say; that is the reason they are cheaper and offered as a different room type. Our Hotel is located in an historic and protected building, therefore, some of the rooms are smaller than others. You have been staying in our High Season, and if the Hotel is full, we have to accommodate all guests in the room type they have previously booked.

Sorry for not being able to accommodate you the first night in a bigger room. We hope you come back soon in High Tech Hotels!

Kind regards.

Nice area, very central. didnt go for breakfast cause there are lots of local breakfast spots. there is some deal going with the fast train service to madrid and other cities with this hotel group, i didnt use it but it looked interesting..

Room Tip: No swimming pool. Lots of cheap local breakfast places around, no need to book breakfast

Beautiful building exterior in good location contrast with

- smell of sewage in bathroom
- very dirty carpets in the hallways and rooms
- cheap breakfast (eg revolting non local fresh bread clearly from industrial provenance) in bunker style claustrophobic room
- outdated laptops: seriously not hi-tech

The hotel simply needs to be cleaned up and made more appealing. A minor effort to improve the food could make a simple positive difference.

But maybe the owner prefers to keep the margin for himself; that's the feeling.
