We had the most blissful 3 nights in Pinello, wonderfully relaxed with amazing interiors still beautifully intact after a few hundred years. The restaurant is not to be missed for dinner or breakfast but the staff make this place, young,on the ball and genuinely interested in their guests.
Or perhaps it’s the bed!!! Awesome

In terms of location, this comparatively small boutique hotel cannot be easily beaten, standing only a few hundred meters from the heart of this beautiful city. Tucked away down one of Seville’s famously atmospheric narrow streets, this is a truly remarkable hotel and restaurant, with many of the facilities you would struggle to find in many of the soulless ‘corporates’ at twice the price. I was lucky to be allocated a Junior Suite (no 27) - see photos - in this beautifully restored medieval house, a room complete with robes, slippers, a very very large and comfy bed and a very welcome hydro bath! Breakfast was excellent - a range of dishes cooked to order supplementing a generously stocked buffet. Likewise, dinner was absolutely superb - a great menu, beautifully prepared food and a delightful ambience. All the things you would expect of a four star hotel (absolute cleanliness, attention to detail, guest facilities) and many more (superb roof terrace, well stocked bar) are here to enjoy.
I have busied and stayed in five different hotels in this lovely city over the last few years - all are excellent in their own way. What makes this hotel stand out, however, is its people. Without doubt, the staff at The Palacio Pinello are the most helpful, friendly and yet professional staff I have encountered in my many travels over the years. They are an absolute credit to the hotel and a genuine asset to be cherished. Special thanks to Valme and all the Reception staff for making an otherwise excellent stay into an outstanding one. I will be back!

We only had one night at this lovely hotel, staff at reception were amazing, so helpful with booking our bus to Lisbon. The bar staff were also very helpful with places to see. Definitely will be back, we loved that we could walk everywhere and everyone was so friendly

- great receptionist and greeting staff willing to help out as much as they can.

- lovely entrance with a fanatics aroma

- breakfast options are pretty good from the menu ( bacon , eggs , grilled asparagus , different sausages , grilled tomatoes. No mushrooms unfortunately ) but they are freshly cooked which makes this breakfast great for the price )

- location is super

- air conditioning is super and will keep you cool as a cucumber

- Rooms are way to small, no room to really open your suitcase

- bed was so noisy the slightest movement and it’s makes serious creaky sounds.

- bathroom could of done with better lighting

- maids in the morning just constantly talk loud in the corridor (no consideration) so that will always wake you up as the walls are pretty thin.

Unfortunately we had a mixed experience here... everything about our stay would have been great except for our room. Downside: for the price (almost 300 Euros), our room was super small with no view other than to the small lane way outside. We couldn't have our curtains open as the windows from the hotel across the narrow street looked straight into our room... There was also no room to open 2 large suitcases. The room was also directly under the upstairs balcony so any movement of the chairs reverberated straight through the ceiling!
Pro's: Great location... enjoyable and easy walk to everything one would want to see in Seville for a short stay and many fantastic restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend restaurant on site for Tapas/dinner... we ate a couple of times as we just wanted something light and it was delicious!
I wish we had asked for another room when we first saw it as it did disappoint the experience, although I am not sure how the other rooms rate when it comes to size and amenity.

Room tip: Not under the upstairs balcony.
