This apartment is a perfect example of under-utilized potential: with a few improvements, it would gain in customer loyalty. On arrival, we noticed a lack of attention to details - the living room floor, which also contains the kitchen, was wet. A technician was called and determined the leak came from the refrigerator. While this problem was solved, another was not: the satellite connection which supposedly provided several European language channels never worked, in spite of the technician doing his best, so TV viewing was nil during five days.
In terms of amenities, several details were overlooked. For two women, and a stay of five days, there were only one and a half rolls of toilet paper available; only two garbage bags; no cooking oil, sugar, coffee or tea which most other places I have rented (a total of 7 in different countries) had at the ready.
The location we enjoyed very much, and the apartment was tidy (except for the water leak); check-in and out was simple and painless. Yet the fact that there was a nightly charge of euro 10 per dog (this is a pet-friendly place) was not advertised, and instead communicated after the rental payment was concluded.
