Enjoyed this market, lots of good food. There is also a theatre inside. The smallest in the world, where you can watch a flamenco dance. A very unique experience I would recommend and inexpensive.

We always try and visit the local farmers market when we visit city’s, sometimes they are home runs sometimes not . We been in Europe for 8 weeks and visited some great markets , The Mercado de Triana is very good, but we were just in Cádiz, it’s unbelievable. So in fairness, Sevilla is worth visiting, it’s just not great.

We really enjoy going in local food markets and this one was up there with the best. It's reasonably small and very local, and stuffed full of fabulous local food. Well worth a look.

If you are in Spain, going to a market is a must. Then you can experience the "local feeling" and of course enjoy the nice food there.

By the river in Triana, this traditional market has everything - cheeses, hams, seafood and fish, loads of fruit and vegetables and wines. If you want, you can get your haircut, too! Leisurely pace and only gets going after 09.00. Places for coffee and a snack
