Owner description: The Flamenco Dance Museum in Seville is the principal reference of the Andalusian cultural heritage, which makes understand and feel the union between culture and flamenco art, it is considered therefore as the temple of the Andalusian flamenco culture. The fusions the tradition of flamenco art with high technology and becomes the main entrance portal for the emotional understanding of this expression of Andalusian identity. A simple must for the cultural tourist.

“exciting and amazing!!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2013

we were on flamenco before. Decided to go again in Sevilla (before were in Granada and Madrid). In the hotel was recomended this place. We did not wait for a lot, because we thought it is a turistic place. I think it is better to come in advance to take better place. We had guitarist- Juanma Torres, singer- David "El Galli", dancers- Luna Fabiola and Victor Bravo. The show was great. All was amazing. The guitar seemed knocked in the heart, voice sneaks through the soul,Luna Fabiola is beautiful and great dancer, it seemed for us that Victor Bravo made more than human being can do. All together they made great show. It seemed that all in the auditorium did not
breathe just watched show. We definitely recommend.
We did not be in the museum, but after show we wanted to visit it.
We will go there again in Seville. If they will visit Russia we will go there too.
Thank you Museo del Baile Flamenco for a great everning.

“Intimate and Entertaining”

We enjoyed the dancing and music presented at the evening show, located just around the corner from our hotel. Truly a memorable Spanish cultural experience.

“Small but interesting museum, great flamenco show”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2013

The museum is small (you can go through it in an hour). The first floor is the most interesting, with descriptions of different flamenco techniques, and videos of flamenco dancing.
It is definitely worth it to pay the extra and stay for the evening show: authentic flamenco singing and dancing.

“Cute 45 min break from the heat”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2013

A very small building with very nice audio visual presentation of the flamenco, history, costumes, interviews on big screens. Kids will like it too. It also has two floors of paintings relating to flamenco. It also has shows at 7 pm but we just needed to get the kids in an air conditioned room so we can continue our visit of the city. I think it was worth the detour.

“flamenco museum visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 5, 2013

If you like dance and latin music, this is a nice place to visit.
it's not crowded, perhaps not very well advertised. you can purchase tickets online or at the door.
The first floor is the only one worth seeing, in my opinion. the other two have art work and a bit of history about some of the famous flamenco dancers. but the first floor has interactive video and dance history via video and some costumes and instruction per video of 4 traditional flamenco dances. you can also come back in the evening for the live show at 7pm. if you buy a combination museum tour and show ticket, you pay approx 24 euros, as i recall. most other shows cost at least 20-30 euros, just for the show. it is worth a visit. beware: if you sit in the first couple of rows, you may experience a sweat shower from the dancers! we were back a few rows, so no sweat, but harder to see the dancers' foot moves, which is the best!
so , you choose where you want to be, but get in doors at 6:30 for a good seat.
