Owner description: The Flamenco Dance Museum in Seville is the principal reference of the Andalusian cultural heritage, which makes understand and feel the union between culture and flamenco art, it is considered therefore as the temple of the Andalusian flamenco culture. The fusions the tradition of flamenco art with high technology and becomes the main entrance portal for the emotional understanding of this expression of Andalusian identity. Our hotel recommended this place for a flamenco show and they were so right! We were mesmerized by the artistry/talents of the musicians and dancers.

“Best introduction to flamenco artistry”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

The exhibits provide an instant introduction to the meaning of flamenco in Andalucian culture, but what made it a five star visit was an opportunity to watch a flamenco class and then a flamenco performance feaaturing three fantastic dancers, and a terrific singer and guitarist. So much more impressive than the more touristy flamenco shows...

“A lot of nothing”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

Avoid this museum there are so many other better ways to spend your money and time in Seville. The entrance fee was around 15 Euros which is ok but the exhibit itself wasnt worth the money. There were some interesting interactive rooms but the gimic wears off very quickly. There wasnt a lot to see and considering the hi tech modern look they were trying to acheive it came across a bit shabby. We left after 10 minutes. Perhaps the show there is good but the exhibition in itself is not worth seeing.

If you visit Seville you must go to this Flamenco show. It was so exciting and passionate! It moved me to tears. Get there early and sit in the front seats. This show was fabulous!

“Unmissable? Depends!”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

During a 24 hr trip to Seville, we were very keen to experience a taste of Flamenco in the city of its origins. This is a very busy tourist venue, so we had to be content with the later show. The interior is very atmospheric, and the stage setting very intimate. For an hour we were mesmerized by some amazing dance moves, singing and guitar-playing. It was almost as interesting to watch the reactions of a captivated audience as it was to pay attention to the performances. It was great, though I think 20 euros for an hour's entertainment was a little on the steep side.
