Located in a small square equidistant between the main shopping streets & the cathedral we though the location was excellent. The 'old centre' is incredibly touristic, which I hate, but with Seville its ALL old. Its very modern & not super luxurious, but is clean, the shower is fantastic & it was brilliant value. We were on a girlie shopping/tapas break & this hotel was just perfect. Nice staff too. Firm mattresses though, which I dont like.

Very stylish hotel - subtle grey decor in the corridors, quiet spotlights, boutique style. Bathroom has glass wall to bedroom and a fearsome shower that spurts water at you from three different faucets. Bedroom is good size with a variety of lighting options and a computer already there although the internet access is pretty unstable. We plugged in our own which was better. Our room (second floor) looked out over a small square right opposite a church with a bell that chimed every half hour (until 10 pm!). Breakfast area was small and a bit cramped but food was excellent. Fruit, juice, crosissants, ham, cheese, toast, rolls, coffee, tea, hot bacon, scrambled eggs, tortella, frankfurters, yoghurt etc. Fabulous location just minutes to the Cathedral and the Alcazar and on the doorstep of great bars and restaurants.

But be aware. We had booked online and got an online acknowledgement but (by the hotel's own admission) our booking hadn't been downloaded on to their system - so when we arrived we had no booking. Luckily we arived on a Monday but (again by their own admission) if it had been a Saturday there would have been a problem.

Top tip.... second floor room overlooking the street is best.

Room Tip: Overlooking the street. Second floor.

Modern style in the heart of Santa Cruz. Very well located for walking the old own although sometimes difficult to find in the Santa Cruz "labyrinth". If you drive you have to park the car some 300 meters away but you are able to drop bars at the door of the hotel what is not possible for many others. Did not had breakfast there but it looked good.

Highly recommended for the price. 5 mins walk to Cathedral and all the main sights. Breakfast is a nice bonus and was better than we expected. Only area to improve would be customer service but, not a huge issue.
We took our baby with us and they were happy to provide a cot if needed (we ended up taking our own), and I think they can also provide you with prams and bikes if needed, which is useful

Great location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast and, finally, lots of charm and character (grey walls and super high ceilings!)

But here comes the negatives: stayed in a room on a ground floor;
because of absence of any sort of isolation heard every conversation in a hall and reception,
heating did not work properly; the temperature going from freezing going to extra hot,
the mattress was super firm,
to sum things up, couldn't sleep at all!

In addition, there was a smell of dampness when we first entered a room which did spoil a first neutral impression.
The glass bathroom was another shocker as I am a great believer that you need some privacy there (because of the noise mainly).

Having a choice of many places at competing rates, unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Call them and ask in advance what you want if they can provide it; I don't see the reason why not to stay there.
