You can't beat this location for a trip to Seville, just a block or so from the Cathedral and central to everywhere. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was nice, but I have one criticism: there isn't any dresser, so you have to put your clothes onto shelves, which is awkward and really not a very good system.

Very central in narrow streets. Room was a good sizw and very functional. Also really quiet despite closeness to alleys around.
No outside space to sit apart from couple of rooms on top floor and balconies narrow

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at Alminar Hotel. Noelia was helpful in making reservations for flamenco shows and Francisco helped with knowing which roads to take to see the hill towns. The hotel is on a quiet street which was mostly pedestrian, and just a few yards to the cathedral and the taxi stand. We used taxis quite a bit since we were taking the trains. We did 2 day trips, one to Cordoba and one to Jerez. The taxis averaged 5 euro, with the highest one at 10 euro. Our double room was a good size with 2 comfortable chairs and a desk. We had a small fridge with 2 complimentary soft drinks and 2 waters. Coffee, tea and chocolate were available 24 hours. There were desserts in the afternoon. We had a safe with key. We did not have breakfast during our stay. We were leaving early every morning, even when not taking day trips to other towns. We bought milk at the nearby market and I always bring cereal from home on all my trips. The wifi was very secure with their own password. There is an elevator and no steps to get into the hotel. We would highly recommend Alminar Hotel and would gladly stay again if visiting Seville again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were in room 31 on the top floor with a terrace. We had requested this with our booking. The room was very comfortable. There is a view of the Cathedral’s tower from the terrace. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace. A buffet breakfast is available for €8. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Seville. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel is on a pedestrian street. There is a taxi rank nearby.

We booked very early to stay during holy week (from Tuesday-thur Sunday).
All the staff were wonderful and very helplfull, and did not mind all my questions.
They gave great suggestions on restaurants etc. Our room was 32, the terrace facing the cathedral. It was wonderful sitting out having tea in the morning and having a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel was very clean and we had plenty of space for out things.
The location of the hotel could not have been better, for the major sites, restaurants, etc. We had breakfast 3 mornings and they were reasonable priced, especially with fresh orange juice, etc. Also, tea/coffee and pastries were available all day.
Would definitely stay there again. We did not have any trouble with night noise because of the double-pane windows.
Thank you Francisco and staff for a wonderful holiday.

Room tip: Room 32, the room with the terrace facing the cathedral.
