This location of this hotel is quite good. It's only 10 or 15 minutes to walk to the main attractions like the cathedral and the palace. There are also plenty of bars and tapas restaurants near the hotel. These are very good value relative to the ones closer to the main tourist area. The rooms are fairly basic but are quite charming. There are two computers offering free internet in the lobby and there is also free coffee . The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was a real pleasure staying in this hotel, the staff was very gentle and helpful. the price is reasonable and the location is just perfect to reach most of the place of intrest on foot. I stayied there with my GF twice in 2010 and maybe just the beds are not too big; but anyway i really suggest it.

The Hotel Don Pedro is a stylish, beautifully decorated hotel in Calle Gerona within easy walking distance of the Giralda Cathedral and the river. The hotel has a spacious seating area in the lobby, with cane furniture and 2 free computers with internet access, as well as free Wifi. There is also a coffee machine that gives free coffee - ask for tokens at reception.
This hotel really offers value for money - the rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Make sure you get a room with a balcony looking out onto the street. Apart from the great view, these balconies give you the opportunity to dry your washing and have a glass of wine while sitting out in the evening sun!
The thing I remember most about this hotel, though, is the friendly and helpful service.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony. You may get a bit more street noise, but the view is worth it.

Stayed here on intrepid trip and pleased with hostel. Good location near some fabulous eating and drinking places, free coffee (except no sugar not an option!), staff friendly, u can eat your own food in lobby, rooms large, clean with air con and wi fi works in rooms. Avoid the rooms on ground floor that open into lobby as very very noisy especially if American school groups staying. Reception staff try to kep noise down if u ask. Also door of room open directs to lobby so people can see into your room and bathroom. Decor typical moorish style. I'd return.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms on ground floor that open onto lobby

Having the oldest pub in Sevilla two doors along - what more could one ask for! Lovely building, rooms and service. Free coffee. Quiet area of Sevilla. Enjoyed the proximity to small friendly bars. Short walk to all that Sevilla has to offer. Some say the rooms are a little small but we had no problems at all with the room size. Excellent security and friendly staff on reception. Takes a while to get oriented with the winding streets. Great value hotel with a lovely reception area.

We were very pleased with this attractive hotel on a sweet alley-type street. It was near everything, and yet on a quiet block. The Macarena district, where the hotel is located, is more residential than the touristy Santa Cruz area. The nearby bars were definitely populated by Spaniards, and we liked seeing the real Seville. The hotel had free wifi, and even a machine that dispensed all types of coffees and milk drinks for free for guests. The desk clerk was unusually helpful.
