We were delighted with this hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. We were welcomed with a glass of cava and a complimentary bottle of cava awaited us in the room. The breakfasts were wonderful and people seemed to come from far and wide to eat breakfast here. No basement buffet here - the breakfast room is glass-fronted, looking out onto the street, is light, airy and animated. Service was excellent but come early for best service. We were a little disappointed with the necessity to pay a surcharge for the room safe (€3 per day) but the management agreed to reappraise this. There are new rooms with luxurious fin-de-siecle ornate furniture. Our room (Room 103) was dark and Spanish traditional but we liked it and were not wanting for anything. The location could not be better.

Room Tip: Street-facing rooms are lighter. Rooms facing inner courtyard are darker.

My husband and I stayed here in March. We chose it for location and price, both first rate. The room was small as you expect in a boutique hotel located in the historic centre. However, though small it lacked nothing you would need for a few night's stay. In addition, unlike many Spanish hotels, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large, recently modernised with a good strong shower.
What makes this hotel so special is the staff. Greeted with a glass of Cava and a sweet cake things just got better. On our second night after a walking tour in the pouring rain we were told that a bottle of Cava was on ice in our room. We've travelled extensively and stayed in some 5* hotels and never had that generosity! The small lounge area includes a café where we had breakfast which, while not large, was adequate. Cooked breakfast was available if wanted. On our last morning we had an early start and breakfast was provided 1/2 hour earlier than the stated time. Both the coffee and hot chocolate were delicious.
Claudio spent time with us planning our time in Sevilla, recommending an excellent tapas restaurant where we had a superb meal at a moderate price ( unlike the recommendation we had in Barcelona) and even took us 1/2 way there. He even asked what could be done to improve the hotel since renovations are planned. I hope the changes don't affect the overall feel of the hotel or the price. I would return and recommend it to friends.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the lift with a window.

The hotel is located In the old city district and five min walk to the cathredal. Location then is very good. Good is also the service and the price point. There is a smallish patio on the top floor with a bit of view, but nothing to be excited about. There is also a small "gym" with a few machines and a jaccuzi.

Most of the rooms are not facing the street and have windows towards small patio areas. The rooms themselfs are not very well soundproofed and if the neighbour takes a shower you might think he is showering In your room. If the neighbour has a crying baby..

Hotel is a nice place to sleep, but not a place to hang out.

Clean, comfortable “boutique” hotel, in a great location. Windows open to balconies for fresh air and Spanish atmosphere. Nearby inexpensive parking. Staff are caring and attentive, and made every effort to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. Thank you, Claudio, for helping us feel “at home.” We will return!

Room Tip: 309 - corner room, large bathroom, balconies to both sides, overlooks bustling street.

Hotel Adriano is right on the edge of the old city surrounded by nice tapas bars and restaurants. Just a few yards from the "ring road" so easy to drive to. Also an easy stroll from the nearest bus stop. The cathedral etc is 5 mins away, and most Seville sights are within walking distance. Hotel rooms are small, but recently renovated, sparkling clean. Staff are pleasant, and helpful with excellant English. Free wine sent to room as a welcome. The food in the small attached place was surprisingly good and the coffee superb.

Room Tip: Rooms were typically inner city small, hence the 3 rating. Otherwise fine. Perhaps a higher floor.

This hotel is well situated, with the main tourist spots in the city being just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very good indeed and the atmosphere was just right for a city hotel.
I thought that the value for money was very good. I would stay in this hotel again, should I visit Sevilla again.

The Adriano is excellently located, right opposite a side entrance to the bullring and an easy walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar (and just about everything else worth visiting in Seville). For such a central position it offers very good value. We stayed in one of the standard rooms, which are mostly on the back, with light provided by small internal courtyards. It was well appointed and spotlessly clean, with a marble floor throughout. (Marble floors do mean you can hear people walking and moving chairs in the room above.) Our room was very peaceful and quite spacious, the bed (a five-foot double, I think) very comfortable. On one night (out of the six we stayed) we could smell stale cigarette smoke when we put the aircon/heater on, which may have been the result of someone illegally smoking in another room (all are supposed to be non-smoking). The wifi signal was intermittent in our room, though always strong in the lobby. There was a safe (which is supposed to be chargeable but for us was complimentary), and a refrigerator, which was topped up daily with two small bottles of complimentary mineral water.
The welcome was warm and attentive, despite the fact that the lobby was being redecorated; these works never intruded into the cafe, which supplied a fresh and tasty breakfast (small but perfectly adequate), and the front-desk staff were always helpful. The cafe is open long hours, and offers snacks, cakes, coffee and alcohol at reasonable prices. Finally, there was a welcome bottle of sparkling wine left in a bucket of ice on our first night.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Room Tip: Room 103 is very quiet and quite spacious, although daylight is limited to a small window overlookin...
