“nice hotel, best service in best location. deserves much higher ratings”
Reviewed March 21, 2009

As mentioned by previous reviews, hotel is in prime location and walking distance to all major sightseeing. In fact, just walking around town in seville is a treat. Felt like walking into a nice painting of old europe.

Room was nice and clean with a modern bathroom. We were given a room with a huge balcony but we didn't really manage the time to enjoy it. Staff was extremely helpful when we needed instructions to places. Actually people were very helpful thru out the entire trips (we went to 5 cities and people were all extremely nice. ) We didn't try the restaurant at the hotel but there was a very nice restaurant 5 min walking from the hotel.

This hotel should be at least top 3 in seville. (price was not bad at all either)

The most important feature of this hotel is clearly location. Regarding the hotel itself, the common spaces are ok, but the bedroom is not ok at all. The walls are very thin, you can hear the mades outside with the cleaning cars since 7 am. The bathroom although quite modern and fancy was not pratical at all. And finally, breakfast. For a 4* hotel as it is annouced on their web, it is a has a very disappointing breakfast. There no peeled fruit, variety was scarce. You need to get your own coffee, nobaody offers or serves it to you. I would rather try other 4* hotels also with great location prior to visit this one again.

The hotel is a block from the cathedral, Real Alcazar, etc.
You can park the car and walk around Seville because it takes 2 minutes to the main historical attractions.
I stayed from the New Year's Eve till the 4th January.
It's the first city hotel I was able to stay with my 3 kids in one room. They have a good family room (4 people), and they put an extra small bed to my younger child (3 years old) at no extra charge.
The price is very competitive for a family, since I paid 140 € / night for a family of 5 (exept the 31st December, of course, which was 200 €). Breakfast is 15 €, and I told them when I booked that it was excessive for the kids. They immediatly offered me a special price of 7 €/ for the elder children. The smaller kid was free.
The hotel has no restaurant for lunch and dinner, but you have dozens of nice restaurants around the hotel and near by (try Enrique Becerra - 10 steps away - good food!).
Internet available in all rooms and lobby, and good PC games for the kids.
All in all this is a great place to stay in the center of Seville with your family.

Excellent room with spacious shower. A laptop with broadband internet connection in our own room with unlimited use. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Importantly, they catered for early starters like ourselves. The location is excellent - one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

The location is absolutely fantastic: steps from the Catedral and the heart of the city, on a silent street.

All the rooms have a complimentary Wifi acess, with free laptops, with Skype installed ($$$).

The breakfast is excelent, and there are free bicycles available for the guest (one of the best ways to visit Sevilla).

The lobby and the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is very efficient.

For sure, one of the best hotel choices for Sevilla.

Wow what a spot in the old town, moments from the cathedral. B&B only so I'd recommend the tapas bar in the same street (turn left out of the hotel, 50metresalong on the right.)-really good.
Lovely sun terrace with view of the Giralda. Hotel rooms are rather minimalist but free wifi in rooms (laptop supplied) a good touch. Beds much too firm, the whole experience triggered backache that I haven't suffered with for a while. We brought our own car, and the underground car park was an interesting experience though rather expensive at 22 euros a night
Overall a good hotel

Stayed here over first October weekend. Booked it for the location and was not disappointed on that score. Room was clean and functional/minimalist. Trouble with high placed towels rack and swivel mirror being too high. Not a hotel for a petite person. Also found bed a bit hard and high. Would stay there again based on its place in central Seville. Staff were helpful and polite and spoke good English. Go for the tapas crawl as that makes a great evening. Roof terrace a great sun trap even at 5.00pm in October.
