This hotel's location is absolutely ideal, For that alone, I would stay there again (and it's this that gets it four rather than three stars.) Our room on the second (or maybe third) floor overlooked the street with a (quite charming!) fried fish restaurant. The noise was a little intrusive but calmed down later - at least to tolerable levels when the windows were closed. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate - and so we didn't have an incentive to use the hotel’s affiliated restaurant next door. (This was ok – on the one occasion we did have breakfast there, it wasn’t anything special.) Down the side of the hotel, there are a number of other cafes doing breakfast – one of which at the end does a very nice one (but a bit late.) The only complaint was the fact that the room was cleaned each morning with volatile cleaning fluid so that the room needed airing on entry; but at least this was proof of good attendance! The charming lobby's decoration isn't carried into the rooms, which are much more starkly functional.

This Hotel is lovely very cosy and great location in the old town beside bars and restaurants. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean, Our room was on the third floor beside the beautiful roof top garden where you can sit out with food and enjoy the sunshine!
All staff are friendly and if you buy your bus tour tickets at reception you get a nice discount. The wi fi worked in our room too.

There is a yummy ice cream parlour across the road from the hotel .

Room Tip: A room on the third floor with the roof garden

This hotel was very cosy and the staff was really friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the location is the best in Seville. The only problem was that there were a bit ants in my room and it was a bit difficult to sleep because of the noises outside. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Room Tip: Take a room which looks over the walking area!

This hotel is situated on the northern edge of the Santa Cruz district and is in easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Our room, no.16, was to the side of the building, It had a French balcony with double glazed doors and substantial wooden shutters. The room was of adequate size and spotlessly clean - as was the bathroom. A simple breakfast included in the price was taken in the restaurant opposite. I would highly recommend the local breakfast of toast generously covered with olive oil and local tomato puree. All the staff spoke good English and were always charming and very helpful.
We have marked the sleep quality as average as the windows and shutters did not exclude all street noise.

We have just returned from 3 nights at this hotel, and found it perfect in every way. The location is ideal for seeing all the sights, and within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants. After reading the reviews regarding the rooms, I e-mailed the hotel requesting a room with a balcony over looking the walkway, which would be quieter, and that is exactly what we got. I had also mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, and found a bottle of Cava chilling in our room. What a lovely, thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much.

The room itself was a perfectly acceptable size, it was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfy, and there was ample soap and toiletries topped up every day, even on the last day. A lot of hotels only provide 1 small bar of soap for the whole time you are there.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone, and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Seville.

Again many thanks to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.

Room Tip: I would recommend the rooms on the side, overlooking a walkway, lined with orange trees, leading to...

This is a small hotel in a very good location. Unlike many other hotels in the old part of the city, it is easy to park nearby in a large 24 hour parking garage. The rooms are small but adequate. It can be somewhat noisy but that is the price one pays to be in a location close to many shops and restaurants. In any case, we did not have trouble sleeping. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast next door at the restaurant owned by the hotel was quite good.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had no complaints. The room was small but adequate. All staff were very helpful, and their English skills were good (we spoke no Spanish). One female staff member was outstanding, pleasant and very, very helpful. The other was a little less so - her restaurant recommendations were somewhat disappointing and difficult to find. The bathroom was cramped and the headboards of our beds (twins) weren't attached to the bed or the wall. This caused problems when trying to use the outlets inconveniently located between the two beds and behind the headboards. There was a safe in the closet (20 Euro deposit) and extra blankets. Our room had a Juliet balcony which faced the side street and was quiet. The room was a little cramped when working out of two suitcases. Still, for the price, it was just fine.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the side street to avoid street noise.
