We stayed here for 2 nights while travelling around southern Spain in July. The hotel is very easy to find on the C4 circular bus route and the hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, showing us the main features of Seville on the map and making us feel very welcome. The room was small but spotlessly clean and well equipped for such a low price! The bathroom was great with what seemed to be a brand new shower etc. There was a small balcony overlooking the street below which has a few cafes/bars which stay open late but the noise from them was minimal.
The only issue I had was the building work in the room next to us which started at 7am one morning...not the best time to work in a hotel! Other than this though the hotel was great and Seville is an amazing city.
If you're looking for food/drink I would recommend the bar opposite the hotel and the fish bar underneath which has delicious battered sea food! There is also a bar called Taberna just around the corner on the main street which has cheap beer and great tapas (try the cheese!).More
