Our guide from Seville was Roman who is a terrific and knowledgable guide. The drive to Granada is 3hrs each way and Roman updated us on the surroundings and history along the way. He also gave us some great tips on restaurants/bakery in Seville.
The Alhambra tour was conducted by another local guide who wasn't as good as expected, however, the palace itself and the spectacular gardens made up for it.
Roman resumed the tour after the palace visit and took us to Albaicin (the oldest town in Granada) which is quaint, beautiful and the view of La Alhambra from across the mountain was spectacular! Delicious lunch at Cafe Gabriel followed by a short walking tour through Albaicin. All in all a lovely day. Thank you Roman.
