The Ibis Budget Hotel in Seville is extremely good value for money. We managed to park outside in the road for no cost. It was possible to take a no.28 bus from a nearby stop, all the way into the centre of Seville for 1.40 euros.
The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms were quiet and air conditioned. It was all spotless. If you don't fancy an Ibis meal, there is a good local restaurant down the road on the opposite side, serving very tasty Spanish food at a reasonable price (12.50 euros for 3 courses). The breakfast at the Ibis was OK for 4.50 euros.
This hotel is very close to the airport but not to the center of the city. The 2 options to go to the center are bus or taxi.
If you want to go to the airport before 6am, the price is fixed and the double as a normal price.
For the rest, people on the lobby speak not enough strong English.
This hotel is in the perfect location if you need to fly early in the morning. It is situated 10 min by bus from the airport. You can reach the airport either by taxi or by bus, as I did. The bus station is 3 min walking from the hotel and you can be to the airport in 10 min (line AE) or you can go to the city center (line 28) in 25 min. The room is very small but very clean, with private bathroom and wifi. The personal at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money hotel.

The public transport system is limited and you need to walk a while to get it. It becomes difficult if you have luggage. Room is average, limited space, difficult to open suitcase. Towel quality poor. No glasses in room.
This is a standard well-run Ibis Budget Hotel. It is located along the freeway in an office complex along with a Red Ibis. They have underground parking which they charge for. Walking from this hotel to the city center is a long distance. You need a car if you stay at this facility.

There is a public bus stop (number 28) at 200 mts that takes you to the city center in 15-20 minutes. It is a good idea to leave your car safe on our parking and take bus to avoid traffic problems and expensive parkings in the city center.
