great place to stay -there were three of us / parents and 14-years-old daughter. The appartment was very, very nice -lots of space, two bathrooms, great location, everything was very clean and very well equipped - just perfect! So much better than a hotel.

Excellent modern apartment within walking distance to all major attractions. Great for families. Parking was slightly inconvenient due to the fact that the garage was quite a distance from the apartment, but a car in not essential to travel around the city.

We stayed Maestranza 5 in April with extended family using all three bedrooms and bathrooms.This apartment is newly renovated to a very high standard with all new windows, floors, kitchen, bathrooms - well, everything is new. We cannot fault a single thing, the apartment was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, the bookings procedure was super efficient with almost instant responses and Miguel's helpful and informative check in on arrival. Miguel offered to help us with flamenco bookings and gave a range of useful tips. As part of the excellent service, we hired a parking space in a nearby parking facility, this was convenient and good value at 15 Euros per day. Miiguel came with us, guiding the way through the maze of narrow streets. A previous reviewer was quite negative, moaned about not receiving toiletries, and spare towels for instance. This is a self catering apartment, not a hotel!! We thoroughly appreciated the dishwash tabs and the laundry tabs available, the excellent wifi, the 5 minute walking distance from the cathedral. And the apartment has two terraces with brand new furniture plus sun loungers. The shutters are electric and there is a lift up to the apartment which is on the 2nd floor. Extremely spacious, huge bathrooms and guests' every comfort taken into account. Thanks for this most memorable stay!
