It's an attractive example of the quintessential tapas bar with extra cheery staff. Although the menu also came in English (I think), we still didn't know what to pick so asked the barman. He recommended 4 dishes we'd never have chosen and they were all moreish. We went mid-afternoon - walked past in the evening the next day and there wasn't even any standing room. Full of tourists - maybe it's becoming a victim of it's own success, such is the power of good reviews on trip advisor!
