Charming pretty much describes it. Room was small, but clean, well appointed and typical For Europe. Has a roof top terrace where I highly recommend you take breakfast vs in your room or downstairs. Location right smack in the heart of Santa Cruz down the street from cathedral. absolutely would stay here again

Room Tip: we had room 111 which was very nice but small (typical for Europe ). it had everything we needed so...

Stayed here 3 nights in June, 2014.

Clean, comfortable bed, adequate but not great shower, no room to room noise, significant noise from other sources, inadequate room to unpack, excellent a/c, helpful staff, beautiful rooftop terrace, highly overpriced continental breakfast.

A *perfect* location, ONCE YOU GET THERE. Extremely convenient to all the attractions.

We had ordered a "superior" room, yet, there was literally no room to unpack your suitcase. (?!) We objected, they moved us. Marginal improvement.

The layout is around a central atrium, very pretty. The problem is that an inconsiderate guest or staff can disturb a lot of people. We had problems with the staff life-testing the dishware at 7am on multiple mornings.

The breakfast is only "continental" (carbs only), and is 16Euro. A beautiful setting, but, IMO, overpriced and not to my liking.

Tip#1: (getting there by car). You will be coming down Calle San Jose de etc. etc. 50 yards BEFORE you get to Calle Farnesio (which is actually a 6 foot wide alley), there is, on the left, an entrance to a private parking garage. Scope this out on Google maps BEFOREHAND. Double-park THERE, (at the garage entrance where they tell you no stopping), and horse your bags to the hotel. THEN, park in one of the hotel-dedicated parking spaces in the underground garage ½ mile away. The garage has 3 levels underground. The hotel will give you a key card to get to level -3, where you can find one of the hotel-assigned spaces.

Tip#2: Inspect your room before you settle in, with an eye towards whether there is enough space to actually unpack. If so, great. If not, ask for another room then and there.

Overall, this review has come out a bit more negative than my actual experience, but that is because I'm trying to tell you how to avoid the pitfalls I have encountered. I would stay here again, but with the expectation that my second stay would be better.

Pretty place on a quiet part of old town, The rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Beautiful views from the terrace. There is no Parking near by , so if you are driving you will have to park at a public parking and walk about 1km. The staff was helpful and watch our bags the last day while we explored the city one last time.

Lovely small family run hotel with classical music theme. I had a great suite with a large jacuzzi. Totally amazing. Comfortable rooms if no view. Terrace has view over rooftops of Seville. A fair walk from the cathedral but on a charming tiny side street. Reception very gracious. Large safe box in room. Loved the soundproofed piano practice room in the adjoining building.

Hotel Amadeus-La Música de Sevilla was my favorite hotel in all of Spain and Portugal. The location was convenient to everything and the lobby area and common rooms were the most charming I’ve seen. The musical theme was carried throughout and there were lovely instruments and books and photos to make it feel special. My regret was not eating their breakfast as it looked and smelled delicious. I may suggest trying a bit of a larger room as our basic level one was tight for two women and a little sparse, but overall, I would highly recommend this to travelers for both the atmosphere and lovely staff.

Wonderful boutique hotel on a tiny alley. Decorated with a Mozart musical theme with lots of instruments everywhere, art work and other musical ouches! Great rooftop bar, hot tub and gorgeous views of the city. Located close to cathedral and all major restaurants and bars. Staff is gracious and very pleasant. Need a taxi from the train station. This was a special surprise for us:)))
