I posted a previous review of this hotel regarding some frustration with booking at this hotel. I am happy to say that management contacted us and straightened everything out and we ended up staying at Hotel Amadeus. We were in a rooftop room which was really lovely and quiet. This is a pretty hotel with a lot of charm and just walking out the door puts you in an interesting part of the city. Rooftop views are really nice and the patio is a relaxing place to spend time at the end of the day. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Excellent! Well maintained place. I love my room, so clean, quiet and has nice decor. Lovely design in the hallways. Centrally located in Barrio Santa Cruz (nice part of tourist attraction)and very close to good restaurants and the Cathedral!

Very warm and welcoming staff. The common sitting areas were charming and the complementary drinks much appreciated. Our room, whilst small, was clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was an excellent place to enjoy breakfast, the spa or a late evening drink watching the towers and spires floodlit. The location was perfect for visiting all the sites and close to great restaurants and tapas bars. The underground parking a couple of blocks away was very convenient and manned 24 hrs. a day. All in all very good value for money.

Upscale modern rooms. A+ accomodations. Breakfast is only available from room service.
We enjoyed the rooftop day and night. There is a whirlpool on the roof that wenused to cool off.
In the evening the lights on the buildings are beautiful.

Great eclectic hotel. Charming. Perfect location ... walking distance to Plaza de Espana and the Cathedral - pretty much everything is walking distance from here. Rooms were big, great rooftop bar with view of the cathedral. Just beware if you are driving. The roads are not drivable with a normal car. Make sure you make arrangement with the front desk to have them greet you at the main road so you can go and park .... or else you'll find yourself stuck in the middle of road for an hour like me!

Many others have written here already. If you go there, you must be aware that you enter an old building in an old town. The family running this hotel has invested a lot of love (and surely money) to make this being a comfortable hotel in a beatutiful area with an breathtaking terasse (including sunchairs and a whirlpool).
But the rooms size as such is mostly defined by the old buidling (unless you take a junior suite, which still was a absolute fair prive compared to most other hotels we had in Andalusia).

Once you accept that (or take the junior suites) you will enjoy a heartful service from a familiy driven hotel.

Yes, the decoration is nice and done with a sense for details. Bathrooms are clean and very nice, beds have been a dream.

But the best for us was the berakfast. Imagine, you don't find the breakfast room - because there is none. You simply call them in the morning and tell them where you want to take your breakfast. In your room? On the balkony of your room? In one of the nicely decorated areas all around the hotel? Or on the terasse with a view across Sevilla old town?

You name it - and some minutes later they are coming with a little trolley, decorating the table with a white linnen and in a good restaurant style and the you have a real nice, sufficiant freshly made breakfast with all, you wnat to eat.

Whenever it will take us back to Sevilla, this hotel is set as "must" for us.

Room Tip: There are two buildings. The newer one is the better. We had "Ravel" room last time and fe...

We stayed here based on other trip advisor reviews and weren't disappointed. Such a unique property, espcially the common areas and it's in a great location. The staff were extremely polite and only too happy to help out with any request we had.

The rooms are fairly basic but the bed was comfortable and we weren't in there much to be honest. The only drawback was the water leaking from the aircon.

We hired a car at Seville airport as we were heading down the coast after our stay and this was a mistake as there is nowhere to park and the streets around the hotel are about 30 cm wide. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel as well so the car sat in a parking lot for 3 days at 20 euro a day. Rookie error!
