We stayed at the Hotel Amadeus for 4 nights this year in the La Musica building. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel and it was just as good as ever. The staff could not be more helpful from the reception to the girls who deliver your breakfast to anywhere in the hotel you request. The hotel position is excellent very close to bars and sights and in a very safe area. Will be back agin next year, I hope.

Room Tip: We stay in the La Musica section which is always very calm and quiet.

We stayed at the Hotel Amadeus for 5 nights. On arrival the receptionist informed us we had been upgraded to a superior room. As the superior room was quite dark and narrow, I hate to think what the standard one was like. Apart from this, it was comfortable, quiet and suited our needs very well. The staff are friendly and helpful, The rooms and public areas are extravagantly decorated. There was also an attractive roof garden area to sit out in.
The breakfasts were also v good, and there were complimentary decanters of sweet wine to drink in the lounge areas together with books on art and music.
As other reviewers have mentioned there are a plethora of bars and restaurants nearby.
We enjoyed our stay here v much.

Based on our very positive experience three years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Amadeus again this year and enjoyed it even more. Excellent location; comfortable, clean, quiet room with a king-sized bed; delicious breakfast; and helpful, pleasant staff - you cannot ask for more. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Vivaldi room on the ground floor - I would recommend it.

The Hotel amadeus is perfectly positioned in Seville Sana Cruz district amid tiny streets and alleyways and close to lots of tapas bars and restaurants and the Cathedral and Alcazar are within a couple of m inutes walk. Although it is not cheap it has so many little touches that make it memorable. Therea re several small lounge areas where you can sit and read one of the books provided and share aglass of Orange wine which is complimentary, the shower has all sorts of jets, there are bathrobes and beautiful antique furniture in every room. The service is great and the continental breakfast brought to you fresh (probably one of the best we have had). The only downside is that breakfast is extra when the room rate is not exactly bargain basement prices. That said we would recommend it without hesitation. We had found it after reading a snippet in Easy Living magazine which made it easier to choose in a very crowded market. Well doen to the owners and the team who run the hotel

We were very happy to find this pearl to hotel in Sevilla. Friendly staff and they gave us lot of information concerning restaurants and flamenco performances. Breakfast included sweet cakes, and perhaps some of those could be replaced with boiled or fried egg. The jacuzzi on the roof is terrific, but it was not heated enough when we wanted to try it. Otherwise everything was in our satisfaction.

I stayed for 4 nights in February. The room was spacious with a really comfy big bed, an old-fashioned wardrobe with lots of space and a safe, modern bathroom with big thick soft towels and terry robes, and a flat screen tv/dvd player - nice for the music DVDs and CDs available throughout the hotel, along with books about music. There are several lounges, all with musical instruments. Just a lot of fun to explore the hotel. The owner and her daughter were welcoming and helpful to the max. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city.

We were keen to stay in this hotel after reading Tripadvisor reviews; we booked a suite as there were no regular rooms available. The room was smallish for a suite but otherwise well-appointed and comfortable. Could do with more wardrobe space.
Breakfast was served in the common areas with a nice atmosphere (although we did need to wait a but on one morning); breakfast is fine although the coffee could be better.
The hotel is perfectly located, in one of the quaint alleys Seville's historic center is known for, but a quiet one without restaurants or shops, and a residential building across the street. It is 5 minutes away from the cathedral, 10 from the Alcazar, and walking 5-10 minutes in the opposite direction takes you to a areas which are less touristy but pretty and lively.
The hotel was nice enough to send us directions re how to find the hotel which was helpful as we came by car (public parking was EUR 42 for 48 hours).
