I feel very lucky to have found the Amadeus on the internet as it was so much more than expected. Amazing place, great service, fab location what more can you ask for ! Have already made recommendations to my friends to stay here and I will definitely be returning as soon as I can.

Room Tip: Rooms are a little small but lovely and quiet Not a pool but a Jacuzzi which was very welcome as we...

We stayed 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the surroundings. A 3 minute walk to the Cathedral area with all the restaurants. The breakfasts were good. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the exterior walkway outside our room gave us a fantastic view over the town. Nice rooftop bar and deck but we didn't use it. Weather was a little too cool for that. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and in a great location. It was a within walking distance of the Alcazar, Giralda Cathedral and the Hospital de los Venerables. We loved the view from the rooftop breakfast area. On one evening we went to the rooftop and enjoyed a glass of wine under the stars. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel. The only downside was the 8 Euros for some nacho chips. We plan to visit Sevilla again, and will definitely stay at the Hotel Amadeus again. I have attached a picture of the lobby/sitting area.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Amadeus during our trip to Sevilla and we had an amazing experience. The hotel has a very charming musical theme. I have stayed in Spain for 6 weeks at various cities and hotels and I have to say that Hotel Amadeus was by far the quietest. The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations for flamenco and restaurants. Our room was very clean and we took advantage of the laundry service. While it might be a little hard to find the hotel initially if you don't take a taxi, the overall location of the hotel in the city is fantastic. Just a short walk from great restaurants and the Cathedral. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

Room Tip: The suite was the perfect size for a family of 4.

The Hotel Amadeus was absolutely charming! It was the best hotel experience I've had. It is centrally located to the historic sites so we could easily walk everywhere. There were fresh flowers in abundance along with lots of very cool musical decorations. The rooms and lobby were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us a lot of great suggestions and detailed directions. My favorite part was having breakfast on the rooftop! You can choose if you want to eat breakfast on the rooftop, in one of the breakfast nooks, or in your room. I want to go back to Seville just so that I can stay at Hotel Amadeus again!

This was an excellent location in the heart of the city a few minutes walk to the cathedral. Being on a very narrow pedestrian street there was very little noise from passers-by. The staff were friendly and efficient (although I do object to staff simply chatting to one another whilst checking you in). The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are tastefully decorated mainly with musical instruments and similarly themed pictures. There are plenty of public rooms all with music playing and with drinks to sample. Breakfast was served in several places and was done very efficiently by a lovely lady who was always smiling. The breakfast fare was very pleasant and comprised a bread basket, fruit, pots of coffee and fresh orange juice. We had booked a standard room and were in the annex next door to the hotel. The room was perfectly adequate although a little dark but I did feel a bit 'out of it' and rather like an outsider when I went into the main hotel. It was generally very quiet - although the public rooms can and were used by other guests until late and this could be a bit of a nuisance if you are already in bed and trying to sleep. However, the little niggles were nothing in comparison to the pleasure gained from staying in such an unusual place. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Room Tip: Ask to be in the main part of the hotel

I don't think we could have been happier with this hotel. We were in La Musica, the building adjacent to the main hotel, and while I notice a few other travellers have complained about this we preferred it as it was lovely and quiet. The roof terrace is brilliant and means you can add a 'beach holiday' element to your city break by sunbathing on the loungers and sitting in the cold tub when you get a bit hot wandering round the city. The central location is fantastic, and those who complained it was hard to find must have disliked Seville as a city, as part of the charm of the place is the winding maze of streets. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room lovely (it was a superior double). A couple of restaurant tips - we had amazing modern tapas in both La Sal (next street along, parallel to the hotel's street) and particularly Mojigata, which has just won the prize for best tapa in Seville - really amazing food.

Room Tip: La Musica, the adjacent building, was nice and quiet. From looking at the rooms on the ground floor...
