My wife and I have just returned from a trip to Seville and we stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. We booked and paid in advance, so we got quite a good rate, about £70 per night, room only.
The hotel is in a great location for independent travellers, being about 1 mile from the main train station in Seville and very close to an underground station. This allowed us to get into the city centre very easily, about 15 minutes from door-to-door, although the underground can get very busy - be prepared to stand! There were also many buses along the main road outside the hotel but we never tried to use them.
The hotel itself is perfectly adequate, if a little utilitarian. Based on other TA reports, we asked for (and got) a room on a higher floor overlooking the back of the hotel. This was not scenic, as it overlooked the back of a shopping mall and the Sevilla Football Club's stadium. However, it was very quiet with the windows shut and did not get heated up by the sun. We did not require to use the air-conditioning, even though the outside temperature was in the high 20s. The room itself was well equipped and very spacious, and the bathroom was excellent. The only snag in the bathroom was that the shower was in the bath, with quite a high side. Anyone with mobility issues might find this a problem.
We were on room terms only and didn't eat at all in the hotel. However, there were several cafes literally just outside the hotel who offered good value continental breakfasts, so that was not a problem. Again there was not much in the way of restaurants in the area of the hotel but, as mentioned above, the handy underground system allowed us to travel easily and safely into the town centre for meals.
All-in-all, this was a good-value hotel in a practical location for a stay of a few nights in Seville. I had only 2 quibbles: (1) the rooftop pool was closed while we were there: apparantly it would not reopen until the 'summer', whenever that was. If this is important to you, it would be as well to check this out first. (2) the towels, both bath and hand, really were not good enough - we did complain about this and (slightly) better towels were then provided.
