The chief problem with this nicely decorated hotel is the leaving of it. The pavement outside the front door is about 30cm wide. The road is narrow and busy with traffic moving too fast and you rather take your life in your hands when you leave, especially with luggage. The pavement on the other side isn't much wider. The staff are friendly and the hotel is well-situated, an easy walk to the city centre and some splendid tapas bars in the nearby Plaza de l'Alfalfa. Breakfast pricing is a bit curious: 6€ is you have it every day of your stay: 10€ on an individual basis. Just about worth the first, not the second. Pleasant patio, some charm and atmosphere. Noisy, but what Spanish city centre hotel isn't?

this hotel is very cute and is located walking distance to alot of places. the hotel needs alot of improvement in terms of amenities. it was very difficult to get an iron and no fridge in the room. the hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. im glad i opted out from the breakfast, because it isn't good - not even in terms of continental breakfast. if you're looking for location and price, this is the place to stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent - it is only a short walk to the main tourist sites of Seville, and to those bars and restaurants - as well as bars and restaurants in the El Centro area. These are less touristy and equally good, if not better in some instances.

The hotel lobby is full of character and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had was very clean (perhaps a little too clean - on arrival, the smell of bleach was quite overpowering). The bed was comfortable and the room was of a good size.

The room was quite blandly decorated - a minor point, but this did detract somewhat from our overall opinion. We also found that the hotel was quite noisy at night - footsteps echo loudly through the building and we could quite clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room having a quiet conversation. The breakfast is low quality - coffee from a machine, and decent self-service food (though go early, as otherwise it will have been sitting out for quite a while).

Overall, we found this hotel to be fairly comfortable, very clean and with very friendly and helpful staff. For a couple of nights in a good location for a good price, this is hotel is a reasonable option.

The hotel is located in a nice building in the city center, on a busy and narrow road with no places to stop and unload the luggages: the best solution is to leave your car in a pubblic garage 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was big and clean, with two showers. In the charming patio you can have free coffee and tea untill 10 pm. The breakfast (6€ each) is tasty and with a good choice of food (the almod cake was amazing!). The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for four nights and had a fantastic stay in Seville. The hotel is well located, walking/cycling distance to the main attractions and close walking distance to lots of great bars/restaurants.

The hotel rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard and our room/bathroom was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us to book and organise lots of things.

We didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on the quality but it was 6 euros per person if you ate every morning of your stay and 10 euros per person if you only had it once, you can definitely get a good breakfast for a lot cheaper!

Good places to eat nearby: Cafe bar Habanita, Coloniales, El Rinconcillo, plus many more!

We would definitely come back to stay here again, it is very good value for money.

Room Tip: Room 104 on the first floor

This was a pleasant hotel that gave us a base to explore fabulous Seville. If you stay here I reccomend the nearby bar called Bar Alfalfa which was great.

It was quite unremarkable as a hotel but the breakfast was pretty good and you could then leave to explore the excellent city from here feeling set up for the day.

It is about 10 minutes away from the Cathedral. Would probably stay here again but the Jewish quarter was so beautiful that if I was to do Seville again, I would probably pay the extra and stay there instead..

This hotel is in a great location where you can walk to all of the attractions without feeling like you are in a tourist center. There are many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms are a little tight but very comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the Carboneira which is a cool place to see flamenco dancers for free. The AC was a plus on those hot June days!
