Its a small hotel newly decorated. The rooms are efficient, not spacious but got a nice closet and suitcases fit under the bed. The bathroom was enough for one, and with a good shower. Everything was clean and bedding in decent condition. Towels were rough, but I guess part of being in a budget hotel. The elevator is small, although I've seen worse. This one at least fit the two of us w/ 2 luggage. They offer an american breakfast w/ fruits and orange juice for a reasonable price. They also rent bikes cheaper than in rental places, and we rented two which worked fine and had a blast going around Sevilla. All around the hotel there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. And even more options walking a few blocks. I used Foursquare (app) to find several great recommendations around us.
If you like tapas you will love Sevilla, they have taken the tapas to another level. For traditional ones go to any El Patio San Eloy, although I would recommend the one on Calle San Eloy as it seemed to be the original experience. For the more adventurous try Norte Andaluza at La Alameda de Hercules, we went there twice as the food was great and prices very reasonable. And a bit pricey but also very good was Zelai a few blocks from the hotel. Another great restaurant to enjoy while visiting el Alcazar is Gusto Ristobar, on the side of the Cathedral, you wont regret it a bit.
We went to see a Flamenco show at El Museo del Baile Flamenco. It was not to expensive but it wasn't too impressive either. I would say average.
The weather in March was just right, not too hot, not too cold and Sevilla is very walkable and safe to adventure.
A MUST is the Metropol Parasol. If you have only one thing to do in Sevilla this would be my recommendation. Its not only beautiful modern architecture but you can walk all over it and see all Seville. Don't forget your camera or smart phone!.
