“Good hotel in the heart of the city”
Reviewed June 29, 2013

A very nice clean hotel in a perfect locational the heart of the city. We had two large rooms on the ground floor (19 & 20) which were more than adequate with large doubles and bathrooms. No windows at this level but not relevant when you're here for the fun of the city. Free wifi on tap as it should be in all establishments these days. Parking a bit of a nightmare which is typical for Seville and we ended up in a public car park about 500 metres away called 'Imagen' which was 21 euro per 24 hours. Finding the hotel was also a challenge as we hadn't got a decent map and we ended up spending some time inching our way through the tiny side streets which was quite an experience.

Room Tip: Go outside for breakfast many cheap caves within seconds of the hotel front door. Hotel bar excelle...

Located in a central small road of Sevilla, set in a remodeled private house, this hotel is a big splurge in this town. Elegant, absolutely clean, perhaps too air-conditioned, is has very nice rooms, a rich morning breakfast and quite palatable rates. Don't loose the old kitchenware shop aside. Highly recommended.

This is a very basic 3 star hotel. My bedroom had a single bed and a small built in wardrobe. No chair, no desk, no external window, apart from a tiny sliver looking into what may have been an internal courtyard. Very claustrophobic. Lots of noise generated from adjoining rooms. The hotel's cafe now seems to be closed, but from previous reviews that is probably a good thing.

On the positive side, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the two main attractions of the city, (Cathedral and Alcazar) and has lots of wonderful tapas bars nearby. My room was very clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. I was a bit worried about one or two bugs that I found in my bed that seemed full of blood when I squished them, but I couldn't find any obvious signs of being bitten, so maybe Seville bugs are just more red-blooded than those from back home.

Our room facing the inside courtyard was quiet, even with the window open. Staff was particularly helpful in helping us locate a gluten-free restaurant and transportation. Lovely, quiet lobby has Wi-Fi connection, and restaurant is nice for lunch and breakfast.

This is an OK 3 star hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice, although only a few has any view. You can get breakfast for 12 € in a rather noisy room, so chose a restaurant in the square next to the hotel and get a nicer experience. Walking distance to the catedral, the Alcazar, the river, or El Corte Ingles is great

Just come back from a 4 day stay at this hotel, perfect location, right in the middle of the shops restaurants bars, just perfect.
Nice rooms, comfy beds, TV, safe, lovely bathrooms.
Only one more thing to make the rooms A1, and that would be tea/coffee making facilitys, the hotel does have a nice cafe attached but it opens at 8am, if you are an early riser you are gasping by time it does open. But saying that this would not stop me from staying there again.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights. The double room was just a few steps up from the ground floor but was certainly on the small side for two people. There was no balcony and the only fresh air came via a small window which looked onto a tiny internal courtyard which was a problem for us if there were people down there smoking. There is air conditioning but it is very noisy. On the up side, the hotel is in a fantastic location, in a quiet narrow street but only moments walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The room and the bathroom were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars and breakfast places near by. Avoid the cafe next door for breakfast the food there is terrible. For a few nights only this hotel is fine.
