“B&B Hostel directly located in historic center of Sevilla”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and biscuits after noon. Walking distance to cathedral is 10 min. Nice bars and restaurants in direct neighborhood. If you are traveling by car, then public parking (20€/day) is available just 5 min walking distance from the hostel . We stayed in Abril B&B for two nights. One guy from reception told me that there is a free Flamenco session tonight in one of the bars in the neighborhood. If you're looking for Tapas and drinks, then you will find a plenty of excellent bars and restaurants within 15 min walking distance. The only deficit was (in our case) the slow WIFI connection on the room.

We've stayed here for a week. The room was spic and span and suprisingly spacious, the beds were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and spoke Englisch.
Abril is located in the historical center and the places of interest are on walking distance.
Because of our arrival in the middle of the night, we took a cab to get here from the airport. Took about 20 minutes; € 30,--
Wifi was poor.
We had breakfast outside the hotel, the deposit for the remote (tv and airco) was charged on our creditcard.
For those with sensible ears; it is a bit noisy, but for us it was not a problem.
We enjoyed our stay!

Semana Santa; we had the pleasure to enjoy the start of it. It was a great experience. But after the first two and half days of the Holy Week, we did not mind leaving Sevilla; during these processions, the city was completely 'out of order' and so was public life. ( not to mention the huge crowds in the small and narrow streets.)
But for those who are less shy ;-), it is an experience of a life time! My advice; make sure you leave halfway for quieter resorts, even if that means your going home........

We stayed here for Two nights in December and found the place to be good value for money.
The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town. Staff were excellent and spoke good English.
We had issues connecting to the WIFI in our room but worked ok in the common areas.
The room itself was clean and had air con.

I stayed here last year and it was an ideal space to stay as I walked to every place of interest from here. The staff were helpful and happy to wait while I spoke in my halting spanish - there english was perfectly adequate, but seemed to like the fact that I tried! The breakfast selection was good, the room, a single, was good, It was clean and tidy. In short very good value for money.

This hotel is in a good walkable location, across from a grocery store and around plenty reasonable priced bars/cafes/restaurants. It's clean and the room was nicely decorated. The promised perks were a little disappointing... the free wifi had a poor signal and often cut out. In order to get a remote for the TV and the AC you need to put down a 30 euro deposit (which of course wasn't told to me while I was checking in only after getting to my room and doing a thorough search did I realize they were missing) free coffee shop is a cool concept but less than useful as the offer is not on the table in the morning. A decent place, not the best.

Nice and profesional staff.Very clean room.Thoughtful free coffee bar.
Location is good, near the Estacion de Autobuses Plaza de Armas. But for people who like to stroll in Sant Cruz or any old centre,it is little far.Because when the Andalucia scorching sun over you,any stpes could exhaust you.

Room Tip: the rooms as 101,102 are all facing the street, and there's a big supermarket just opposite 调和hot...

Air-con was efficient, good light insulation from the street, full-sized bath, spacious room, free drinks all day, decent wifi.
There was an intermittent electric buzzing sound day and night every 30 seconds or so from behind one of the walls. Eventually you get used to it, but it can be annoying.

Room Tip: ask for higher floors up
