Great location if you are willing to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach the main tourism attractions of Sevilla. And it is a 25 to 30-minute walk from the Santa-Justa Train Station.

Older hotel, but very clean. One night (out of four), I had to wait about 30 minutes for hot water; else, my experience was just perfect.

To connect to WIFI, I had to go in the main lobby, as it did not work in my room.

If you don't want to lose time finding the hotel and getting around in the maze of streets in Sevilla, I would strongly suggest that you use the GPS on your cell phone.

We booked a double room at the Hotel Zaida for three nights and were very pleased with the choice!
The hotel is very well located, just 3 minutes from the Plaza de Armas bus station and 10 mins walk from the Plaza Nueva and the Seville Cathedral. Another 15 mins to get to Plaza de España!
The room was spacious for two, although they didn't have a double bed for the period we stayed there. We were given two single beds put together, then, no problem. The bathroom wasn't very big but more than enough for the daily needs. The hotel staff was great, spoke enough english to answer any questions and allowed a late check-in, well into the night at the 24h reception. The hotel itself has a beautiful lounge, mudejar style. You also get free wi-fi in your room and a place to leave our bags after the check-out so you can still enjoy the rest of the day.
Be careful if you're a light sleeper because the noise from the cars outside and the people passing by and talking on the street might be a bit of a nuisance. But we did sleep well.
A great choice for the price we got! Will stay here next time!!

We stayed recently for 2 nights and I thought the hotel was clean and offered a location convenient to the major sites in Seville. The room was on the small size but the price was great. The man at the front desk was very helpful when it came to helping us get around in the labyrinth of streets in the old part of Seville .He gave us a good map too. Plenty of hot water for the shower. They responded quickly to my emails too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I stayed at Hotel Zaida for 3 days over the Christmas holidays, with my husband and brother-in-law (we are all in our late 20s). We arrived in Seville by bus, and simply walked to the hotel (about 10 minutes from the Plaza de Armas station). The hotel lobby was beautiful and filled with light, and the guy at the desk helpful and friendly. We had a triple room on the second floor with three single beds. The room was decent-sized, and the sheets clean (no stray hairs!). There was a roomy cupboard (with extra blankets), a desk, as well as a tiny TV perched on top of a shelf. The heating was fantastic (and I'm very fussy about heating). Bathroom was equipped with towels, soap, shampoo and even a hairdryer, and we had no problems with the shower. The hotel was open 24 hours so there was no pressure to return at a certain time.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Zaida. Its not a 5-star hotel, but it was perfect for a good night's sleep, and walking distance from barrio Santa Cruz and all the main touristic attractions of Seville. There are also a few cute cafes nearby for coffee or breakfast in the morning. Great value for money! :)

Pretty hotel with moorish architecture in public areas. Room was standard, if a little cold (though it was november), heat and power of shower was a let down too. Staff were very friendly and helpful, offering a map of Seville and the local tourist magazine when we checked in. We had a hire car and parked at Placa de l'Armas in the underground, its easy to reach from the main road running parallel to the river on the drive in; and is probably about the closest to the hotel you will get to park if driving, the hotel also stamp your ticket and if you take it to the cabin reduces the cost of parking. Central to most attractions and close to shopping and eating/drinking streets. Recommend for solo travellers and groups of friends, rooms perhaps less suited to couples and families. WiFi is advertised as in reception only but had no problem picking up on the first floor.

This hotel in the middle of Old Seville is hard to find, but it is worth the effort. It is clean everywhere, and they service the rooms each day and make the beds, The personnel is helpful and have lots of information about the city. The views from the windows are not the best, and the furniture and fixtures are old, but the cleanliness and the price makes it worthwhile.

This is a one star hotel, so one shouldn't expect much. I had a solo room on the third floor and it was small, but I've paid more for places smaller than this. Very comfortable room with air and welcoming shower. The guys behind the desk were very helpful with directions and called the flamenco dance place I wanted to go to to make reservations for me. This place is definitely recommended. Priced very reasonably for in the city.
