“Good for its price”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 15, 2013

This hotel in the middle of Old Seville is hard to find, but it is worth the effort. It is clean everywhere, and they service the rooms each day and make the beds, The personnel is helpful and have lots of information about the city. The views from the windows are not the best, and the furniture and fixtures are old, but the cleanliness and the price makes it worthwhile.

This is a one star hotel, so one shouldn't expect much. I had a solo room on the third floor and it was small, but I've paid more for places smaller than this. Very comfortable room with air and welcoming shower. The guys behind the desk were very helpful with directions and called the flamenco dance place I wanted to go to to make reservations for me. This place is definitely recommended. Priced very reasonably for in the city.

Everything I have to say about this hotel is positive. It's well located (cathedral is about 10 minutes walk), clean and silent. The building with its neo-mudejar decoration was really nice, so were the rooms. The stuff was always very friendly and helpful. Price was affordable. I can absolutely recommend it!

Searching for cheap hotels we sometimes find not so fine rooms, but this one exceeded my expectations. A beautiful Moorish entrance, very clean room, Wifi, and nice people, 24h open. It would definitely be a hotel to come back to one day.

Room Tip: If you come by car park at the Museo behind the hotel.

We were very impressed by this small hotel. It was clean, comfortable and ideally located for sightseeing and eating out.
We did not find it difficult to find the hotel but getting to the parking was a bit of a challenge, but with the help of the lady on reception we parked at la Plaza des Armas, a public car park (5-10 minutes walk away from the hotel)
The room was small but had everything we needed and had a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. There are small seating areas located around the hotel, for times when we did not want to sit in our room.
They do not serve breakfast but do have a coffee machine in reception.
We will use this hotel again when we next visit Seville.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back of the hotel or on a higher floor if you are worried about street noise.

For a three night stay in Sevilla, the Zaida proved a good choice. Although rather difficult to find initially, the location is excellent - quiet, small street, within easy walking distance of all that the old city has to offer. The staff was welcoming and helpful in orienting me to the area. The property is well-maintained throughout. As expected, the rooms are small - but who goes to Sevilla to spend time in a hotel room, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. There is discounted parking at the Plaza de Armas garage convenient to the hotel.
