The location, on a charming little street barely a block from the cathedral, is truly excellent. The staff were friendly, and the building itself, with its old-world-feeling courtyard, felt like real Seville. The rooms were minimalist but large and comfortable. The wifi was advertised as being in public areas, and for us that was true, but since the courtyard was so cozy, that wasn't a problem. I also think that in some first-floor rooms, the wifi might work inside, just a guess. All in all a very good value - I'd stay there again.

Authentic Seville style building, just next to the cathedral. And there are many nice restaurants nearby.
Recommendable !!

If you want mini bars, trouser presses etc then don't go here. If you like atmosphere, charm and great staff then this is the place for you. The location is perfect for seeing all the sites, shopping and tapas bar hopping. The hotel is stacked with antique furniture but has very efficient heating or air conditioning, which ever you need. The bathrooms are modern with loads of hot water. The whole place is spotless.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It was built as a posh family mansion in the 18th century and all the original architecture is there to enjoy: from the typical sevillian inner courtyard to the grand staircase and corridors leading to the various rooms. Antique furniture and paintings are also dotted around the hotel. Our room was lovely; when we opened the door we couldn't believe our eyes: we had our own mini-alhambra right there: the arab arches, and wall tiles, the stucco detailing, stained glass windows, plus the modern comfort of our own ensuite with plenty of hot water and a great strong shower. Plus a very comfy bed, with great mattress. The room also faced the back so it was very quiet. Unbelievable considering the hotel is right in the centre, a mere 2 min walk from the Cathedral and other tourist sights. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful and we will be returning again to this same hotel. The staff are super helpful. My parents had recommended staying there and it's very much a word of mouth hotel with loyal clients returning again and again. Amazing value for money, we paid approx £50 per night for the room for the two of us over Christmas, which was a great deal! There is no mini bar or TV but that's a frill we felt we didn't need in Seville? However, you do have free Wi-Fi if you need it.

It is all about location! This one star hotel is ideally situated especially if you are staying for just one night or so. It is close to everything. Rooms are clean and have a charm from some other century.
It is also affordable! So if you are not into luxury and five stars, this hotel is warmly recommended.
