“Overall good, but avoid the laundry service”
Reviewed July 13, 2014

Spent two nights at this very comfortable hotel.
Only warning is about the laundry service. For laundering about a half week's worth of items, my traveling companion was charged about 75 euros. This was not dry cleaning but laundry. She was charged per piece. And her sweater came back with holes. Better, faster and also cheaper to go buy whatever you might need at El Corte Ingles across the street.

The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We checked in early. They had a quiet room ready as requested and because our room was ready we could quickly drop off our stuff and change so we could head out and sight see. The one thing that I question is why our room was SO tiny. We had a double room, and compared to others that we walked by with doors that were open, it was really small. Now, that being said, we got a quiet room and we had it early. A couple of times the pipes woke us up because they made a few weird noises, but with earplugs you would be fine.
It's in a great location.
We selected the breakfast option and it had a food selection of baked goods, choice of juices and coffees and lots of fresh fruit (plus meat, eggs and tortilla). I recommend this place and would stay again.

Only stayed there 2 nights - wish it had been longer.
Very good hotel - helpful staff, good well-equipped room (it would have been better if tea-making facilities had been available), and good breakfasts. Very reasonable dinner available at nearby sister hotel (Hotel America).
Would stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights - our first time in seville - and thought we made a great choice

Pros
>Location - not exactly city center, but close. Tour bus starts right outside. 24hr Taxi stand outside. Mall opposite.
> Dining - Nver used it so cant say. Used the small cafes/ restaurants on both sides.
> Room - satisfactory in size, little beaten up in terms of fittings and finish (ok for 4 nights)
> Access - 15 min walk to cathedral and old town (pubs, cafes, flamenco), 15 min bus ride to bullring and riverside
> Staff - excellent housekeeping and front desk was very helpful - printed my train tickets, cheked us in and out in 5 mon flat, changed room locaiton to front side when I asked.

Cons (not many)
> On a second visit I'd choose a more picturesque place in the old quarter. On reflection this was modern but bland.
> No complimentary water, Dim lighting in rooms, Bathroom was tiny (but had a door thank god, which isnt always the case in Europe)

Overall - would use it again if I didnt want to spend time/effort looking around again

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the front and preferably a corner room - that gives you a bit more space.

my initial impression was not great... small lift, and the room was a bit narrow and oldern style looking. But I warmed up to the place... the staff were amongst the friendliest we encountered in Spain, the location is fine, within walking distance of most places such as the cathedral and alcazar. The room windows are double glazed for quiet, and the breakfast was fine too.
It was a bit pricey though compared to other hotels in Spain.

We spent 2 nights here on a city break. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of shops, the cathedral and the river. The hop on hop off tour buses stop almost outside and there is a taxi rank opposite. It overlooks a small square and was very quiet when we were there although it was midweek.
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We had a room overlooking the square and it was small but big enough for a short break. The rooms opposite ours though were minute. Breakfast is a continental style buffet, not particularly inspiring but adequate to start the day with. There are plenty of restaurants close by to eat in at night.
A nice feature of the hotel is the roof top terrace which is perfect to relax on.
Overall a good experience and great value for the money we paid for it

Room Tip: Overlooking the square is more interesting and it looks as if those rooms are larger
