We spent 2 nights here on a city break. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of shops, the cathedral and the river. The hop on hop off tour buses stop almost outside and there is a taxi rank opposite. It overlooks a small square and was very quiet when we were there although it was midweek.
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We had a room overlooking the square and it was small but big enough for a short break. The rooms opposite ours though were minute. Breakfast is a continental style buffet, not particularly inspiring but adequate to start the day with. There are plenty of restaurants close by to eat in at night.
A nice feature of the hotel is the roof top terrace which is perfect to relax on.
Overall a good experience and great value for the money we paid for it

Room Tip: Overlooking the square is more interesting and it looks as if those rooms are larger

I booked this on a whim (I literally walked in with a suitcase, my handbag and a beach bag) yesterday afternoon, after having a bit of trouble picking up the keys to my apartment where I'm now staying for the duration of my course in Sevilla. (This was all unnecessary confusion, but nonetheless, these things happen!).

I stood to hesitate when the rate for the room, which includes breakfast in the café / restaurant on the fourth floor (I'm not an eater of breakfast... but a big fan of espresso, particularly in the mornings), was 61 euros for the night. However I was persuaded by the facts that it is in a more-than-ideal location, and I didn't have a clue of where they were any nearby hotels (turns out after throwing my bags in the room and going out to finally relax, there was one less than a minutes walk opposite, which was probably a lot cheaper).

The room was a small double room, and was comfortable enough for the night. The pillow was comfortable, however the bed was extremely firm, and quite the opposite! There was a mini-bar in the room, which was left untouched due to the fact there was no price list in the room to refer to.

On my return from my morning espresso at the café, I discovered that the hotel has a deck, also on the fourth floor, which I didn't actually have time to go and investigate, but looked clean and pleasant. The hotel room and the hotel itself was clean.

I did notice on several occasions that the air conditioning is very noisy, and there was a couple of times you could hear it in the corridors.

The staff were all very friendly.

I would recommend this hotel for those wanting to be close to all the fantastic amenities than Sevilla has to offer.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view - as I didn't, and had a view of other rooms' shutters and the pa...

We occupied 3 rooms in this hotel with 2 small children. The hotel was very clean and the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The doors did not have much insulation so you could hear people in the hallways although it was quiet for a hotel that was completely booked. They have a great deck on the top floor that looks down over the immediate area and was really nice. There were fun, windy, alley ways all around the hotel with fun little shops. Parking was in an underground lot close to the hotel but was 25 euros a day. Was a good 15 minute walk to the main cathedral.

We paid 125 Euros for triple room. Hotel is in a reasonable location at the edge of the shopping district - 10 mins walk to cathedral. Nice lobby. Satisfactory room, but bad nights sleep. Bed & pillow not great & noisy air con. Very basic breakfast room, but food okay. Stay somewhat spoilt by unclear directions for arrangements for leaving the car park (wasted 20 mins). For information just get in your car and drive to exit, park up and give your ticket & hotel receipt to the office. They will let you out.
