Pedro and Yamila were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful with maps and directions. The location is convenient to the metro and bus. It's only a couple of metro stops to the historic district. The rooms very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. It's close to a cafe and small food stores. What separates this location from any other accommodations is the hosts. They try very hard to be helpful and make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Stayed during begMay'13 for 4 nights. Perfect for our needs. Very clean rooms with good shower and air conditioning and a comfy bed. Also in a quiet neighbourhood. Owners and receptionist were always really friendly and more than happy to help out. We ended up going for breakfast at a cafe on the corner of avenida de eduardo dato and avenida de la cruzcampo. 2eur for a coffee and toast with jam which was fine. Jumping on the metro to take you into town was really straight forward as the metro stop is opposite the cafe mentioned above. Walk into town is at least 25mins Which is a fair walk. We went to mambo italiono one night which was very nice. Great pizza. This isn't a Marriott or NH hotel but is a good value, clean, and friendly alternative. We'd stay there again if we were to return to Seville. Getting off the plane you can take the tussam bus into the centre for 4eur. The bus does has an automatic voice calling the next stop. If you want to stop press the button ! Get off at the Nervion plaza shopping centre on the corner of calle Louis de morales and avenida de Eduardo dato. It's only an 8min walk along avenida de Eduardo to the hostel.

We stayed 4 nights in this well located Hostal. It is just 50 meters from the Gran Plaza Metro station. We rode the train from Madrid and took the 32 bus from Santa Justa train station to the Gran Plaza stop to get to the Hostal. From Gran Plaza one takes the Metro to the Puerta de Jerez" stop close to the Cathedral and the Reales Alcazares) in only 5 minutes, 2€70 for a return ticket). We had a triple room with an ensuite bath and air conditioning on the third floor. It was very quiet. The rooms are very clean and modern. Our hosts Pedro and Yamila wnet out of their way to help gave excellent suggestions about places to go and things to do. The Flamenco show was a highlight of our trip. We kept sandwich fixings in their fridge for our lunch sandwiches to save money for dinner. There a Lidl grocery around the corner to the right and a 24/7 grocery to the left. There are several places nearby to have breakfast in the morning and several nice places to eat dinner nearby in the evening as well. We stayed during Feria De Abril so rates were about 25% more than normal.at all the hotels and hostals, but it was still a good value for the money

Room Tip: Top Floor was very quiet .

A well located B&B (quiet but only a few steps to Gran Plaza's metro station and bus stops) with free parking at the front door, clean though small and a bit spartan rooms, and very friendly, young hosts. Good and inexpensive restaurant at short walking distance.

Cheap and basic. Small rooms but clean. It seems that the 'hostal' is at the ground-level floor of a large house. Be prepared to be waken up at night by guest slamming the main door. (take ear-plugs with you or be the last to return)
Located a nearby suburb, but close to subway station and a quick ride to downtown.
No breakfast, thus this is just a bed not a bed-and-breakfast.
Seville is an expensive city, so, arguably, the price/quality ratio of this place is OK.
