It is important for the work team to know their suggestions and comments to act on those services that may have room for improvement and thus create the best experience for our guests.
We regret your disappointment with our breakfast buffet as we strive to ensure a wide array of options for both guests with sweet tooth and those looking for healthy options to kickstart the day; therefore, we always ensure a variety of hot and cold, sweet and salty options as well as fresh fruits, different kinds of cereals and yogurts.
I would like to inform you that you are working on the air conditioning of one of the pools, so that our guests can enjoy this activity also in cold times of the year. We wish you to stay with us again and enjoy this new attraction.
On the other hand, I regret that our situation on the Isla de la Cartuja was not entirely to your liking. We are sorry to know about your discomfort with the rate of the taxis, but it is the taxi driver who stets the pices, not the hotel. For future occasions, know that the lively restoration area of the Alameda de Hércules, in the center of Seville, is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which can be done with a pleasant walk.
As you know, Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento is a hotel that has all the amenities such as, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, gym, meeting rooms, restaurants, bars, computer room, cafeteria, parking, so its size is optimal to house such facilities.
