Stayed here in August and got a great deal. The hotel is very nice, but would say it is a 4 star not 5. The pool area was nice, free pool towels and sun loungers usually available. Definitely appreciated escaping to the pool after the sights on a hot day. The pool side bar food was suprisingly good but expensive. Breakfast was fab. Had dinner in the outside restaurant on one evening and it was very nice. One main drawback of the hotel is food and drinks are quite expensive and we couldn't find a supermarket close by though we may have been looking in the wrong places. The walk to the town centre is about 35 mins but taxi's are cheap. It was usually 5 euro and sometimes as low as 3.30 depending on traffic. Taxi to the airport was 24 euro but we got ripped off on the way to the hotel with the driver charging 39euro when it shouldn't be more than 24 for 2 people and luggage (we should have agreed the price before moving). There are also 2 bus services that run into the centre from close by the hotel. The staff were all nice but most, other than those on reception, did not speak any english but this was no problem. Cleaning staff knock on the door early (9ish) and they keep knocking until you physically open the door and say no thanks even if you shout no thank you in spanish repeatedly! but this can be solved easily with the do not disturb signs. On the whole I would happily stay here again if I return to Seville.

the hotel felt a little like an Airport but the rates were reasonable
breakfast was excellent
a ten minute drive into the main heart of the city

One of the few hotels with a great pool (big and deep), and literaly next door to the Isla Magica theme park, whicc was why we chose the hotel as we could walk to the park easily and safely in the evening. The big ppol was a welcome relief from the heat and a nice pool bar to match. A little away from the historic part of the citi, but a 10 Euro taxi ride took us stright to the Citi from the taxi rank at the hotel. Underground parking kept the car safe. A good size family room with a good double bed and a big double sofa bed for the kids made this a good choice at a good price.

Unfortunate to pay to have to park at the hotel but this appears common place in Spain now. Bizarly the hotel shop was almost always closed and only on our day of check out did we find it open. The reception staff were helpful an efficient, even if none of them ever smiled, not even when we checked in. Remember, a smile costs nothing.Overall though a good choice for being near Isal Magica, in a clean modern hotel with a great pool, at a good price.

We stayed one night. We were received well at reception. Friendly and helpful staff told us about Seville. The walk to the to the room included passing through a vast atrium - impressive but a bit daunting as it seemed very quiet. Our suite was big and spotless - lots of pillows added to the sense of luxury. We got a taxi to Seville for 6 euro and walked home that night.

Don't normally use hotels but they had a great offer and i wanted a pool due to very high temps when we arrived. Room was large and very clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool was great. Staff were very professional and especially helpful on Reception. We needed to extend 2 days and staff were very helpful when we needed assistance with a car booking and when we had problems with the hire company. The hotel is an easy walk to the Magic Island complex, a reasonable walk to some great restaurant and tapas areas used by locals or a bus/taxi to central Seville area. Overall a pleasant surprise and if I still had little kids I'd definitely book here again.

Room Tip: Stayed inbuilding one, levels 2 & 3. Both good sized rooms and quiet.

After reading mixed reviews for this hotel I wasn't sure what to expect with regards to location, service and atmosphere however I was pleasantly surprised.
We stayed for 3 nights and got a very good price 297 euro for 3 nights with breakfast.
The room was very spacious only downside was we had 2 single beds pushed together that tended to move and squeak quite a lot during the night however this was only a minor issue the room itself was more than adequate.
The pool area was never too busy and the pool is nice and big, the pool bar doesn't open until 1pm however so you can be very thirsty of you go out too early and wait for it up open. The pool and outside space was our main reason for choosing this hotel and it was a nice benefit.
The resturant too was fine, the setting outside was lovely the food and wine only average however it was lovely to sit out side listening to the band and enjoying the ambience.
I used the gym each day and my main gripe was that there was no water or water fountain in the gym and it was v v hot I found this quite annoying and surprised it doesn't cause more complaints. The water in the mini bar etv is expensive.
I saw a lot of reviews that mention the distance from the main sights and yes the hotel is out of the centre of town it's 7-8 euro in a cab however you can walk easily in 30 mins and some of the walk is in the shade so this wasn't an issue at a for us.
Considering the price and space etc this hotel provided we would return. It's not luxury and it does lack some choice of entertainment but the value makes up for it.

Room great, staff helpful, nice bar, excellent large outdoor pool. Parked on the street with no problem for no charge. Goodd, free wifi. Facilities great all round. The is a convention hotel, so was very quiet (and inexpensive) in July. The downside is that it is several km from the tourist sights. We had a nice stroll back fom the city centre one evening, but the rest of the time we took a cab. Eight Euros each way, about 10 minutes. If you don't mind this, then I would recommend the hotel highly.
